Ad came in mail on Weds same day the ad started weekly specials. Tried to pickup item listed in ad next morning and none to be found. Asked employee about item, said "we don't have any and don't know when we will get any in". Gentleman standing next to me said I have been here three times since ad started. He was there two times the day the ad started, same story. Come on Aldi, this is a deceitful practice and unfair to the customer. We have always liked Aldi before this but not recommending now. Read moreA nice Aldi, located in a semi convenient location. The building is fairly new and cleaned. The isles are wider than most of the stores within Pittsburgh city limits, leaving feel like the store isn't busy or crowded, even when it begins to be. The offerings look to be you standard fair that the chain always to seems to have, with a few novelty items that tend to rotate; mostly in the frozen foods section. Read moreThe store itself is great. Great prices and a HUGE selection compared to most Aldis stores I've been to. The only problem is that there is usually only ONE lane open and a huge line of people. If you're really really lucky on the weekends there might be 2 lanes open but it is still severely packed with people in line. They need much more service. I get that the pay for employees is high but if you can't afford to staff properly than maybe you should lower wages if you're trying to cut costs. You NEED more staff...
