Honestly, I'm flabbergasted even writing this review.
I placed an order on the app this evening and went through the drive thru to pick it up. We sat in the drive thru for 20+ minutes watching employees laugh, cut up, dance, and play on their phones instead of actually making food. I counted at least six employees in the kitchen. Anyway .. I glanced in the bag as we were leaving and it appeared everything was there. Upon arriving home, I noticed the cheesy dipping burritos we ordered were missing. My husband called the restaurant and spoke with the manager - Debbie - and let her know what had happened. No big deal. She was super nice and said if we wanted to run back by, she'd remake that part of the order. If not, we could grab them on our next visit. My husband had to run back out anyway, so he said he'd pop in and grab them on his way back home.
He got there and went through the drive thru again. He told them at the speaker that he had just spoken with Debbie regarding missing food and the employee told him to pull around. The employee handed him the bag of food, which my husband took and looked into to make sure the order was correct. The employee stated, "It's all there - you can get out of my drive thru now." What?! There were definitely some words exchanged - not going to lie - because that was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. My husband called back to speak with Debbie on the way home to let her know about this interaction and the same male employee answered the phone and said Debbie wasn't there. She just was, but okay.
Husband gets home with the food and surprise - the dipping sauce for the DIPPING BURRITOS (it's literally in the name) is missing. He - again - calls and the same male employee answers. He told my husband that he had him on camera "snatching" the bag out of his hands and that was assault. He went on to say that they have an "open case" for the same thing with someone else - for snatching a bag out of his hand. Then, he hung up on my husband.
Like .. what just happened here? I've worked in legal services for 20+ years and I can promise you no attorney is taking a case for "snatching" a bag out of a drive thru workers hand. I simply wanted the entire order I paid $41 for and I didn't think that was too much to ask. This man is out here talking about "get out of my drive thru" like he's working security at the White House. Sir, this is a Taco Bell. I understand good help is hard to find, but I'm convinced they will hire anyone with a pulse.
Definitely won't ever be back to this location - I'll drive on to Boardman before I'll ever step foot back in here.

Today I experienced some of the best customer service not only at the DMB with the order taker, but also at the window with the same order taker working as the cashier as well! Attentive, respectful, appreciated my time, and knowledgeable about new product and product no longer being offered (please bring back the $3 steak burrito, yummy!). Jay was such a refreshing member of the team to interact with! They offered additional product in a suggestive way without being pushy, offered a drink with my meal, as well as promoted rounding up for a charitable event that your company has going on! As a General Manager of my own fast food establishment, I could only hope to have a team member so onboard with company goals and customer service! 10 out of 10! Jay "did the dang thang"! This place does not proportion their food good WHATSOEVER. I ordered my mom 3 Doritos locos tacos with no meat and no tomato’s (meaning only lettuce, cheese, and sour cream since she is a vegetarian) and for the $11.07 that costed me this is what they gave me.. (picture below). I payed $11.07 for THAT and they clearly saw there was no meat.
