Dunham's Sports — Local services in Union Township

Went today to buy my little girl some stuff for softball, no help at all, helped every caucasian, didn't even look at us.One girl stood 2ft from us in the shoe section, not a word, another girl helped every white person back there, then left when there none left, went to the front and had small talk w/ the cashier. A young white male walked rite pass me, back thru the doors to get shoes, comes back out w/ nothing, and goes and STANDS up in the front. Everytime I go there I get no help, I've learned my lesson, we won't help u, but we'll take your money, and I've bought more than enough sweatsuits and kids clothes from there. From here on out, I'll drive the 15 min to Boardman or the Outlets, and they're actually busy, but I still get asked if I need help, but I guess when who u know or your last name gets u a job u can do as least as possible and don't have to worry about it. Personally, I think Dunhams is o.k. w/ how its employees treat minorities in New Castle, cause I know I'm not the only one to go thru this, and its...

Really disappointed with the service. Drove to the store specifically for a %25 cyber Monday deal. On the store website for this location it said product was in stock. Couldn't find the product, asked the lady manager and was told it was in the back and she was busy and couldn't get to it. So I said I understand when could I come back and get the item? She said she couldn't say. I asked what about the deal and she was getting irritated at this point said I should call ahead next time. I said I didn't mind coming back, just wish she would've tried to help me out even a little. Probably won't be wasting my time here anymore.

Update: checked 3 days later and website says available in store. Called and was told item was available and on shelf. Arrived at store 2 hours after store opened and was told they dont have it in stock so the item is still in the back and no one...

We have been to this location several times and sadly each time has proven to be a calamity. Either nobody to wait on you so you stand around for 20 minutes until sometine can be located or the cashier over charges you and you find out once you have already left or they are not able to handle a return on the register so you are asked to wait on the side until the line goes down and they can process your return. Not sure why there is not better management here but they have made many people feel frustrated and someone at the top should take a serious look into this...
