Gabe's — Local services in Union Township

Update: Been a year since I wrote a review here. I got to say completely different experience the other night. 7-22-23 Night shift. The staff was so helpful and nice, especially the man at the counter he was so patient and I could really tell he was trying his best to help me. Wish I could remember his name. The employees were laughing and smiling which I find delightful. The store itself was clean and organized and had a lot of great deals! Old Review Gabes is great...I have always loved Gabes and was super excited when New Castle finally got one. But the staff and management is just plain rude and have horrible attitudes. An item had wrung up wrong the cashier went completely crazy with yelling about it was her break time and she don't need this (Cuss words) and she asked the manager for an override and her attitude was just plain out very cold tone. I don't even want to go in to shop because of this. Who wants to be uncomfortable...

This store is so unorganized. Tried shopping for girls and boys clothes but they had alot of infant clothing mixed in these sections. The shoe area has sizes all over and not in the correct sections. Finally after getting fed up and just wanted to get what I had and leave to shop elsewhere, we had another issue. As we were checking out the one item that we had had a price tag of 9.99 but the cashier said that it wasn't ringing up because it wasn't their tag. She called for a price check and the item was marked up to 12.99. I will never shop at this store, ill shop elsewhere from now on. I couldn't even fill out the customer survey online because the page...

Gabe's is okay. I bought a phone charger and a ten foot long charging cord there.... The prices were right, but neither works. They would not return either, so I'm out that money now. Also, the New Castle PA location REALLY needs to have more registers open during the day. One other comment - to the management - PLEASE allow your cashiers to speak to the people who continually cut line. I was there today and 2 old women with carts full COMPLETELY cut the line all the way to the front!! I don't care if you're old or dead, you gotta wait in line like everyone else! No one wanted to speak up and the cashier said she wasn't allowed to. Incredible.. I...
