I came to buy a bottle of wine the manager was very helpful. His service is a deserving 5 stars. However, at the cashier I ask to get a lotto ticket along with my purchase Syeda said No she cannot because she is busy with customers. I looked around and there was no customers. I didnot want to make a fuse about her terrible service. Therefore, I thanked the manager and left. However, upon returning to my car my wife was furious she didn't get her ticket.
