Starbucks — Restaurant in Union

Almost every time I come to this location it’s an issue. From you standing at the register and the just walking back and forth no acknowledgement nothing to the point where you just walk out. Or going back two days in a row and your beverage is made incorrectly because the staff is too busy flirting with each other or talking about the customers on the headset. Today I ordered a beverage “salted Carmel cold brew” to be exact once receiving my beverage I tasted it to make sure it was made properly due to me coming the day before and the young lady not knowing that I knew that was an issue with the salt dispenser etc from the situation before. Instead of her apologizing , she rudely grabbed the sticker off my cup and goes to make another one , as she’s making it - she asks the other barista “did you put salt in the cold brew” the young lady responds “yes I did” she mumbles something under her breathe and adds more salt. Once she’s done she slide it on the counter and says “taste that tell me if it’s made correctly”. Mind you there was a lady that was in front of me complaining because her beverage was made incorrectly. They take forever to make drinks because they talk so much. They have horrible customer service skills. Probably the worst Starbucks I’ve...

Horrible. Pet lovers avoid this place. Manager is overly dramatic and makes a snowflake look like an iceberg . Brought in my dog while my girlfriend placed an order which should have taken 5 minutes due to the place being empty . My dog and I sat quietly at a corner table . Not bothering anyone and the manager called the police . Because he wasn't a service dog lol . Like the Union Police Dept don't have better things to do . Thats the way they treat pet lovers for visiting their establishment. Amazing. Btw couldn't tell if the manager was a girl or a guy . But give me a break a police call for ordering a coffe with your dog . Last time for me and Romulus ....

The new store looks so nice! Came to check it out and was greeted by a kind girl named Sam. Will definitately be going to this store more than the other one on rt 22. Staff is very efficient and didn't wait long for my coffee. I have been ordering from Starbucks for decades and this location reminds me of how it used to be with the friendly staff and hospitality. The cafe is a perfect spot for studying, reading, and getting work done. Saw a lot of college students working on assignments. Staff even brought drinks to sitting customers!...
