I don't usually write reviews but the level of unprofessionalism at this company had to be noted. I ordered printer paper back in August (8/7/2021), they told me that I would not get it until the end of September. At that point I asked them to refund the payment (8/9/2021). Exactly a month later, in September (9/9/2021), I still did not receive the refund, so I emailed to ask what's up. They responded on the same day saying that I agreed to be on backorder. (1st red flag). I responded and said that I actually asked for a refund, but I'm willing to wait for the order, so please keep me in the backorder queue. October comes, and goes ... nothing. November comes and goes... nothing. I emailed again (11/13/2021), asking to see what's going on. No response (2nd red flag). At the end of November, I called them directly asking about the status of the order. The told me that my order was cancelled and refunded according to their systems. I asked what happened to the backorder? They responded saying that I asked for the order to be cancelled. (at this point , I'm confused as we agreed to being put on backorder back in September). I then said that I never received a refund and I'd rather have the item. They said that I'll have to order it again. From there I can be added to the backorder queue and that I should to reach out to Paypal and file a claim for the money. So I did. I then looked at their website and saw that the items were now almost twice the price. So I call again today (12/1/2021) as a follow up to say that the claim has been filed and to see if they saw the notification. At this point, he (I'm assuming the owner, his name is Dio), starting talking over me and becoming noticeably more aggressive. Maybe he's having a bad day or he's just frustrated with this entire thing but it was a stark difference to the tone of his emails and when I spoke to them on the phone previously. I asked if we can work this out as I'd prefer to have the items that I ordered but in the event that it's not possible, can I get it for the price I originally paid? He said, and I'm quoting here, "Why are you bothering me with this? Why don't you go out and make some money instead!?" Then he hung up the phone on me. I'm still in shock. What a horrible experience.
So yeah... Save your money, shop somewhere else unless you like your money being taken and being disrespected.
TLDR: Bought something in August. It's December and I never received it or a refund and the owner told me to make more money then...

I had an order placed at TWO other different companies...but it was delayed... As usual. I contacted Foto Club and OMG!!! They saved me from canceling a very important event where printing was needed. Right after I placed my order, I received a Thank you email from them...then another email in minutes confirming my order was already shipped :-o ... Then other email with a follow up OMG, This guys really know how to do business!! All these time Mr. Rubn Gama had helped on face time phone conversation & Ruben had resolved the priner problems. Ruben Gama is very polite, pleasant & extremely friendly person.
