The Salvadoran tamal was so good. My family is Nicaraguan. Our tamales are a bit bigger but these are just as good.The maduros(plantains), yummy. Rice and shredded beef, heaven. It was a bit of a wait but well well worth it. This meal made me remember my Mama, and the old neighborhood, and that's golden. And dig the Hand made tortillas. Damn right I'll be back.
