Do NOT spend your money here at the Henderson Rd location!! ... yesterday was strike three for this place. I love SB and I'm a very loyal customer, but the service at this location is the pits! I've experienced surly employees to being given a cup with the lid half on and spilling half my expensive hot coffee. Then being told that happens sometimes ... WTHeck!! Not even offered a napkin to clean up the cup or my car, not even offered another cup ... nothing! I just shook my head and drove away. Yesterday was the straw that broke the camel's back!! I thought, let's give it another chance ... so, I drive up and I specifically asked the person if they had any fresh Pike because I know it's mid afternoon. She says yes. I place my order, pay, take my much needed coffee, and drive away. By the time I take a sip, I almost spite right in the car. I was so terrible like it'd been sitting there all day. It had a hard, brassy taste with a bitter aftertaste. When I poured it out at home, the bottom of the cup was black with residue and grounds. Not my beloved SB quality at all ... it's so sad because SB used to be the best, but lately, the service and the product are just not worth the money. I'm done, my money can be spent...
Read moreAfter I left Columbus for several months, and sitting in a local Starbucks, I remember to write a review for this store.
I visited the store on Sunday Apr 24. When I left the door, I found I cannot start my car. However, the parking spot was between two vehicles owned by the baristas working at the Starbucks. So, I asked whether the owner of my neighbor vehicles could helped me out.
Thanks to the manager M and the barista L, they tried their best to help me, providing the vehicles for me to connect the battery. Although it didn't work out , i. e. I still need to tow the car to a body shop, their help definitely makes my day brighter. I do not know how I could express my gratefulness. Although it was not a happy experience to deal with a broken car, it was great to have the people. And I am grateful it happened when I was visiting Starbucks.
It was my last weekend at Columbus. They really give me a lot of sunshine while I need to deal with the hardness on...
Read moreBeen coming here for years. They get worse and worse every year. It’s to the point where it’s a gamble whether or not they’ll make your drink correctly. The lines are always backed up, so going back for them to fix drink isn’t worth it, plus if you’ve got to work after waiting in line far too long who even has time to do that? I have literally paid seven dollars for a cup of milk! The quality of the service and drinks are not worth the prices anymore. ( cup of milk as in that’s how they made my drink.. entirely wrong and disgusting). When you’re trying to order you’ll say one word of your order and they interrupt asking if “that’s all” and won’t even give you a chance to actually finish your drink order. Then of course make it wrong lol. My friend dealt with same issues especially from this location and decided to just buy products from store and make her drinks at home.
