Once Upon A Time — Local services in Upper Deerfield Township

Im not sure if the sales staff is actually this ridiculously aggressive, or if theyre just racist, or what, but I'm never going back .

From the moment I entered this store I tried to politely make it clear that I didnt want to be harassed. I was trying to focus on shopping, and the woman behind the counter could not take the hint. She did not stay behind the counter. She did not do other work. She kept coming up to me and interrupting what i was doing to suggest things that I had no interest in, making it difficult to focus on the things i was looking at and actually interested in. And then she stayed right next to me the whole time i was shopping. She almost never stopped speaking, all while ignoring my ACTUAL questions and requests. The whole time i was trying to politely nod her off. When i started walking away from her, abandoning the items i was interested in in favor of being able to actually peruse the goods, she even started walking ahead of me and pointing out every section of the store.

She was STILL talking when i was walking out the door, not even noticing shed repelled a customer straight out the door.

So like again i dont know if that was racism or just inappropriately aggressive staff, but I'm never going back regardless.

I went in there, and the clothing is very nice and reasonably priced. I read the one negative review that talked about the lady that owns the shop, making suggestions and following her. She did the same for me (in a good way) however, she was doing it out of kindness just wanting to talk, wanting to help me, and wanted to see the clothing out of excitement and she did help me. I think the person that left the previous review doesn’t realize that store owner is proud of her shop, and just want to show you the best items they have. I loved the place and appreciated...

I had an amazing shopping experience at Once Upon A Time. The owner Jeannette was so nice and helped pick out things for me to try on. Usually I spend a lot of time searching through the racks at thrift stores but Jeanette saved me so much time and I felt like I had my own personal stylist!
