There was a chair I wanted that had no price tag. I asked an employee in a neighboring department for assistance and she told me that she was it able to go to that department but that she would call someone. She called for assistance over the phone and told me to just wait in that department for someone to find me. After 15 minutes I let her know that no one had arrived and she sent me back over there and said they would show up soon. 10 minutes later I spotted another employee and told him that I had been waiting for quite a while for assistance. He told me that he was helping another customer and get an offer call anyone else to help me. I then joined the long line to the cashier. I explained the situation to the cashier, Avionee (sp?) and she left the front to assist me immediately (which I didn't expect her to do). She found the item number printed on the item which indicated the price. It's obvious that the other two could have done the same thing in seconds but chose not to. Small store with a good selection for their size. The only issue is that literally every single time I come into this store, they have lights on at multiple registers and only one person checking people out. It's annoying, and honestly, just turn off the damn light if no one is working the register. Having those lights on and no one working makes customers think they will be checked out expeditiously. It's a lie. Turn. The. Lights. Off. Lastly, other people that work there walk up to the registers, turn around and see the line and just do nothing. Maybe fidget with items on the counter and then they walk away. Either way, it's great that checking out of this store is trash because I save money by leaving before I get checked out. Recently purchased a console table. Love the table but the service was awful! One poor guy to handle all customer requests for help with getting the furniture to the front of the store while he also had to help get down a rug for another customer. Several women walking around who would refer you to "Dominick". Understandably his muscle was needed but the wait was excessive and even after the table was brought to the front I had to wait in a long line to pay for it. Only one checker on the register. I Would have left the table and walked out but it was just what i wanted even though it was nicked right in the front and the only one they had.
