SEPHORA — Local services in Upper Dublin Township

I like coming here a lot more lately. I usually go to the one in the mall, but this place seems to have more of what I’m looking for. Especially, when Sephora online has run out and the one in the WG Mall or Cherry Hill no longer has what I want to buy in stock. K of P has most anything that you could be looking for online, in the store, but I really don’t want to do a 45 minute drive, so I end up running here most of the time. Plus, I like how much more personal it feels with the customer service I receive at this location than when I visit a Sephora in the malls. Over here I have never been interrupted by another customer or staff who’s helping me or seen another employee be pulled in all different directions while with a customer. And so far the staff here has been on their A game when it comes to telling me about what would work for me. They’ve given me some really great recommendations and my purchases have definitely been better than what I expected. Very satisfied and I don’t mind traveling an extra 10 minutes away from the mall. My 1st awful experience in a Sephora.... a blode caucasian girl "with a lot of attitude" helped me with a few returns (this is the 1st time I happen to have a few returns, as I took a risk with some new products, and not all of them worked out as well as i hoped). A side note: I have been a Rouge member and maintaining the status for a few years now. She literally acted like I couldn't afford the items and I was giving her SO much trouble by brining in a few returns. I would usually not even care, but it was a little long transaction, and during this time she was not nice for even a second. Ignored me when I said "have a good day" + "thank you for your help". One of my favourite Sephora locations to go to. I have two other Sephora locations that are much closer to me, but the level of customer service and professionalism is unmatched. Asides from how friendly this location is, any of the staff I ask questions from always guide me down the right path so I don't end up walking out with a foundation that makes me look like Casper...always willing to help you find the products that are going to be best for you, your skin tone and this is exactly what I need as someone who has very little experience with make up...
