This was my first sale with the boutique, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. I went into the store this afternoon with a question about an issue, and I was shocked by how the owner spoke to me. Her tone was unnecessarily rude, condescending, and confrontational, which made for a very unpleasant experience.

While I understand the store’s policy and that my request couldn’t be accommodated, the way the situation was handled was unprofessional and completely uncalled for. I have never written a poor review so this is a first but this store is not inclusive. I have a more muscular body type and wider hips and although I tried on all the clothes at the store once I actually wore them out and about nothing fit right. Since i went out of town after shopping here I had to exchange after the two weeks. I was not allowed even when I explained I wasn't able to come until today. On top of that having zero return policy is just ridiculous- people change their mind. On top of that very few clothes even fit me or came in my size which is hard for someone with body image issues.
