Staff does not keep the safety of dogs as a priority. My puppy was attacked to the point of bleeding by another residents dog, i had to throw a 60 pound white and black pit bull mix off of my puppy to save my dog, while the owner of the pet did nothing. Mind you i asked the owner if the dog was friendly and good with puppies before eneterinf the park. When brining the issue to management Nikki said she would call me back regarding rabies vaccines for the other pet. I waited 2 days heard nothing- went down twice and still nothing. Went down again on day 3 only for her to say âwell i met that dog spot and he seems niceâ. I said well it doesnât matter if he is nice or not that dog is a repeat offender of aggression according to two other residents in the community- how many times will you let this happen before a warning is given?? She responded saying itâs up to the owners to be responsible for their dogs at the park and the aggressive dog would not be given any type of warning. There are no rules posted at the dog parks, and Spot is still allowed in the dog park where heâs hurt multiple dogs. My poor puppy was mauled in the face and they did nothing. They are slow on service requests and nothing ever works. I and many other tenants are very disappointed with how this situation along with many others was handled. For the amount of money we pay to live here we shouldnât have to walk our dogs in fear, or deal with constant leaks, cheap paint,...
Read moreSo disappointing. Farthest thing possible from âluxury living.â Already been through 5 management companies, I believe. They are SO cheaply made and SUPER SLOPPILY put together. Lights flickering in apartment, cabinets donât match up, doors are crooked, paint on the floor, cabinets all scratched, caulking missing everywhere and where it is it is slapped on so messy, the trash chutes never work, elevators never work, the water pressure is awful, you can hear the people walking around on the floor above, talking, pushing furniture , flushing toilets etc⌠and, management does not fix anything you ask or if they do, it takes FOREVER. This is not luxury apartment living at all in any way. They really just get you in and then ignore...
Read moreSo I would reconsider moving in here. The amenity restrictions will only get worse as time goes on. As of now residents cannot have guests in the pool. Management said they could possibly start making you reserve times to use the pool. This is a joke. Some residents pay over $5000 a month in rent. You going to tell me those people canât have a grandchild come visit them at the pool?
Covid excuse doesnât fly anymore for me. Especially outside at a pool.
You also donât need to hire a lifeguard. Simply put no lifeguard on duty swim at your own risk sign up. Pools 4ft deep. How much could they knock off rent getting rid of the...
