This is a Five-Star review. I walked into EuroHome (then Calligaris) 18 months ago, knowing nothing about the store, only the name (Calligaris) as a brand that I had heard about. At the time I had a simple problem to solve. We had a new apartment in a different city, with no furniture, and I wanted to start furnishing it. I was looking for a dining room table. I had photos and architectural plans.
These lovely people at Eurohome (specifically AJ and Drew) and helped me think through what my husband and I needed⦠how big a table, where should it sit within the room, what sort of table we wanted. This discussion migrated to what our design preferences were, and what would look well in our room, what sort of look, comfort, and feeling we wanted. Gradually we began to talk about other furniture. The team never pushed, never inserted their ideas over ours, were very patient, and allowed us to slowly develop a design strategy. The design services were a part of the customer experience.
Over the last year and a half, we continued buying furniture from EuroHome. We have been delighted with each and every piece. There were hiccups⦠I changed my mind with the fabrics the night we chose them, and we redesigned. The 2nd round, one fabric was discontinued and so we redesigned. There were so many options the major issue was what to choose. There were always wonderful choices. The 3rd time was the charm. The pieces were gorgeous.
Our buying occurred in groups. We did not get all at once. But beyond the dining room we moved to the living room and the bedrooms. We tested the waters and slowly came back and bought more. The furniture came from Italy, so often we had to wait several months for them to arrive. The team was on top of the items, and they followed through from the making to boxing to shipping to delivery. Again, Drew and AJ and Sandy and Anna were lovely and each and every one of these folks was helpful in the process.
With the sure-footed design backup and the multitude of choices we have an apartment, that we feel is unique to us, fits our preferences and lifestyle, and is gorgeous. The folks at the store are expert at what they do, and work with their brains and their hearts. Thank You AJ, Drew,...

We ordered a dining table in October, paid a deposit for half of the price and was promised that it will be delivered between 16-20 weeks. March 3rd (5 months after) Anna which wasnāt even our sales person called and claimed that it arrived in country and collected the remaining balance Due. We waited a month for the delivery and no one even reached out. On April 3rd we reached out to them that we still havenāt received our table and they said it is out of our hands and up to our delivery crew. Finally the delivery company called and set the delivery time for April 18th. Upon delivery the table was extremely damaged on both the frame and one leg. So damaged that the mechansim to extend the table to become longer wouldnāt even work. We refused it and called the store and they said that they will come up with a resolution. They offered to give us the table they had on display in their showroom for now to use and order a new base and frame and swap them once our table comes. April 30th we stopped by the store and asked them about the table and the owner tells us that it didnāt make sense to order a new base because it would take so long and he is planning to give us the frame from the dining table in the showroom and he has only ordered one leg!!!! This decision was made without even notifying us. I told them this is not acceptable. We have already waited 7 months for our table and now we are getting a show room one that we paid full price for! They confronted us saying that they didnāt promise an exact date for delivery and that we are exaggerating the situation and that this is a partnership that they are losing money on as well! We asked them to write us an email and specify all the details of the deal and that they would get us a completely new frame and base and they (both AJ and Drew) assured us that they will send us the email. Itās May 1st (7 months after our initial order) we donāt have a table or any written communication from the owner on next steps while we already paid the full price for the table almost...

Stay away from this store. This was the worst buying experience I have ever had. I bought $12,000 worth of furniture and had nothing but problems from the minute I walked in. They asked for the entire amount to be paid up front because the furniture was in stock and would be delivered in two weeks. This didnāt happen and when they did deliver my order 6 weeks later, they had to give me temporary (awful) chairs until mine could be delivered. They finally did swap out the chairs weeks later. The table extension did not mesh with the table when opened and they had to bring me another table top. This top came damaged and I wasted yet another day waiting for a delivery. They did not even take it out of the box due to visible damage. They again brought another table top a few weeks later. This one is better, but still does not mesh completelyā¦.the reason the store owner said was the floor is not even. Whose is? And they certainly did not mention this when I ordered it. A conversation with the store owner ended badly with no offer to make things better. I do like the furniture but get it elsewhere. ...
