What kind of an idiot gives you a paper straw with your milkshake? The paper straw both was not usable (it collapsed before it drew liquid) and began to disintegrated into the beverage by the time i was home....i used to come by a lot before the change in management, the food is not edible now and i cant even get a shake unless im prepared to go to wawa and buy a reusable straw from them and be sick the whole next day. The loaded tots has always been the best food on the menu unfortunately under new management there not loaded with much of anything and always are served over cooked. I dont think im coming back. You had enough chances. Im no longer asking you to do better im telling you, you lost a customer because you refuse to be reasonable. Good luck; sad to see you die.
Update based on response: im not doing your job, especially after i already said im not coming back; the franchisee should be reading these reviews and corporate should hold them accountable. No wonder you are failing. Riddle me this why would i buy a milkshake from you when i have to drive to wawa for a straw anyway? They sell milkshakes too. Btw i throw away the "reusable" straw and buy a new one every dam time. Id rather pay 50c and be able to use the straw....on that same note have you seen the new lids from wawa now most drinks dont need the dam straw.
Yo in reflection you lost a customer over a straw...talk about the straw that broke the camels back....good luck and sorry to see this awesome business concept fail. If the franchisee responds personally to this or you hang new management banners i will consider coming back. But not before because its not just the straw causing me to give up on you. Okay, so for starters, i am writing this review on behalf of my friend, but with three previous experiences that were horrendous for myself I found it high time that this establishment receive a critique from someone who can pen together words so fiercely negative they would encourage anyone reading this to know and be aware that this location has such heinous issues it either needs a complete revamp, or to be shut down.
This location has consistently provided the wrong items for short orders. Sometimes mistakes as small as incorrect burger toppings, other times, it’s as if I received the entirely wrong order, but this has happened multiple times, and according to other reviews, I am not the only person to experience this.
The average wait time for a guest is also well over 20 minutes, so if there is more than a car in front of you, it could take as long as 40 minutes to take an order and have it prepared.
Of course, with such a wait time you would hope the quality is high, and yet, it’s as if they had the fries done the whole time, but just wanted you to wait for them to cool down and go limp.
The trap of it all is Sonic’s location. So convenient, right off the turnpike. And if it were any good, it would be a dream come true. Yet, here we are. Here I am writing a brick to say, long story short, save yourself the money, the time, the frustration and the disappointment. Thank you for your time.

If you want to be made to feel like a nuisance for daring to order food, this may be the place for you.
Last night I rolled up at about 2030 for a milkshake as I often do. Even though the promotion isn't running currently the half priced drinks after 8 has created a bit of a habit for me. Anyway I pulled up to see a new item. Thought it would be worth trying for .99 cents. So I ordered 2 and my usual shake. Was told my total was 12 dollars... No way. I ask why and he tells me the food items I ordered were 2.99 each. I told him the sign said they were .99 cents each and if they were 2.99 to just cancel my food order. This is the point the employee became extremely agitated with me and asked if I ordered the Jr. on the sign or a regular wrap. I said I wanted the Jr. originally and the employee barked back Oh yeah Those are 1.99 each. Your total is 7.98. And the speaker clicked silent. I just paid for it.
