The level of care, kindness, and attention I received as soon as I walked through the doors was astounding. I went to Brooks Brothers at around 5pm, and they close at 7pm. I needed a suit for my medical school interview that was in two days, and the staff wasn’t sure if they would have it ready for me in time. Fred, the store associate and the individual responsible for measurements, immediately went to work. He took my dimensions and brought me back to the suit area. Jude, the store manager, and Ursula, the supervisor and tailor, helped in finding a jacket for us. We decided to go with the blue regent windowpane jacket, and it fit me perfectly. This took only about 10 minutes. We moved to the pants, found a pair, and Ursula began making adjustments to them. The level of knowledge in Fred was impressive and very helpful, as this was my first ever suit purchase. I decided to purchase two ties and two shirts, and Jude and Frank helped me with both, while Ursula was working on the pants. Frank ironed out one of the shirts for me, and what great customer service that is! I waited for a little while in their chairs until the clothes were ready. Once everything was done, Frank and Jude thanked me for shopping with them, and wished me good luck on my interview. It was only about 6:40 by the time I left! Read moreIf I could give a zero star I would! So most shirts are near or are over $100. I try on a shirt or two that fit pretty good but a little concerned about them being 100% cotton. The salesman says I have a few of these shirts myself I can contest they don’t shrink. I say well what’s your return policy? He said within 30 days you get your money back the way you purchased it not a problem the next day after doing some research online and many people complaining that 100% cotton does shrink in this brand I tried to return. First I was told there wasn’t enough money in the cash drawer because it was over $100 I think my receipt was $148. He said come back later and I left my number. He calls me and says they can’t give me the cash back because it’s over $100 and you could send me a corporate check, which would take 10 days. Read moreI went in on 2/29 to pick up some new dress shirts. Entered at 6:50 not realizing this location closes at 7. Fred went above and beyond helping me find my size, suggesting different styles, and explaining the details about the styles, fits, and materials. I walked out with 4 Regent fit dress shirts. After trying them on again at home I felt I had a bit too much material even though they did fit well. I thought a slimmer fit may be a bit better. I went back in today, 3/1, and spoke to Fred again. Fred was just as helpful as the day before and had me try on the Milano fit which was a bit slimmer. This was the perfect fit for me. When they didn’t have the same patterns that I bought the previous day, Fred and Judy took the time to find these styles online, process an exchange, and order these directly to my home.
