Yankee Candle — Local services in Upper Saucon

I've become so accustomed to ordering things online that I forgot how nice it could be to physically go into a store and smell the scents before I bought them! I had a few that I kept meaning to send back to exchange and finally decided to stop in.

This store is well-organized, clean and pretty. The staff are all friendly and kind. In particular, Cynthia, has gone out of her way to be helpful and go above and beyond to help me (and others) each time I've been back.

Recently, another customer misread a sign and was upset. Cynthia was kind and understanding and worked to find an appropriate win-win solution that resulted in a happy customer.

I don't frequent this store, but the few times I've been in here I'm newly impressed. The staff are very knowledgable. If you walk in and pull something off the shelf, they'll educate you on everything from maintenance to upkeep, as well as introduce you to a dozen more things you might like. They truly make you feel like their product is important, and something they're excited to...

Great place. Love their products. Awesome staff. Recently, I was particularly impressed at the cool professionalism of a longtime employee while being berated by customers who evidently make a hobby out of returning merchandise. I wouldn't have been able to handle myself so well. God bless Customer Service people these days...! Will definitely be doing more...
