A review for the menswear enthusiasts! I was a little disappointed, to be honest. This is not the Nordstrom competitor I was hoping for. You won’t find anything here that’s any better or different than local competitors. Lots of polyester blends, no tweeds, and close to no slacks selection. I am not sure who the target segment was here. Businessmen aren’t going to think of this place for suits, and men who are interested in a step up from department stores aren’t going to shop here. They’ll still go to Nordstrom way north of the city for Indochino and nicer brands. The cologne selection is severely lacking. It feels like any other cheap section elsewhere (no Initio, Creed, PDM, et cet). They have maybe 3-4 Tom Ford fragrances for sale. This place is to Macy’s as Target is to Walmart. They severely missed an opportunity to fill a niche that isn’t presently being filled in the South Hills (cologne and finer menswear) and don’t have anything different to offer, in my humble opinion. The shoe selection and prices were good, though.
With all of that said, it’s a beautiful store with excellent customer service. Everyone was polite and helpful.
June 2025 update: the cologne selection is much, much better than it was when they opened. The shoe selection has been expanded as well. Kudos. My only complaint is the pushy salespeople in the cologne section. When I tell you that I am browsing and that I will find you if I need you, I mean it....

I went through all of the women’s shoes and was never greeted or asked if I needed any assistance.i had to find someone to assist me and that person was annoyed for asking him for help. (Men’s department) End of the experience, the manager of the shoe department placed an order through a telephone call for my correct size. Wrote my credit card number in a piece of paper. Then proceeded to tell me I do not have to wait that a tracking number. It would be sent to my email. I waited around for a tracking number or order number and never received either. Read moreWow what a nice store! They have merchandise neatly arranged on the shelves! It is clean, they have good brands, and the staff are helpful without being pushy. I just wandered in out of curiosity while running errands. I’m not an impulse shopper at all and had no intention of buying anything but bought something because it was such a refreshing and pleasant experience. I will be going back for sure.
