Took my phone to get the screen replaced in the South Hills Village mall. Returned 30 minutes later, was handed a phone, and paid the astronomical price for repair. When trying to use it after leaving, I realized they had reset it. Wifi is required in order to reset, and since I was running errands that day, I didn't have wifi to rest it. When I finally returned home, I realized they had given me the wrong phone, and this was unusable to me. Thank god for modern technology, because I got my mom to call and let them know. The workers on the phone were very nasty and almost accusatory as if it was somehow my fault. In fact, it was almost 9pm, and they wanted me to drive the 45 minutes to SHV to return their phone. We told them we would be in to return it tomorrow (nov 7) at 11:30 am. At 10:50 they called my mom and were nasty with her yet again and to demand we brought the phone back. When I did arrive, there was no apology, nothing offered to be taken off the price, nothing. In fact, the worker was rude and even checked to be sure I hadn't "stolen" the SIM card. All he had to say was "we were busy yesterday. thats how it happened'. thats it. Wasted a ton of time, a TON of gas money, and even more on this experience. Absolutely disgusted by the service I was given today, and I really hope somebody hears about it. Thanks for absolutely nothing. I'll be sure to go elsewhere next time I need a screen...

EDIT - I feel like I should edit this review. 1) because the worker put it in for me when I brought my phone up. He said it'd include a free screen protector. 2) because the process was actually miserable and it wasn't until gmail emailed me today about this review that I realized he put it in for me. The initial screen replacement was quick and affordable but in the replacement process they messed something up within my phone and the hard press/touch screen functions got messed up. I took it back and they tried to fix it - I gave it another day and it was still acting up. I went back a 3rd time and they said they couldn't fix it or do anything. I then said at this point I wanted my money back because now I had to come 3 times, I spent hours at the mall each time they "fixed it" and it was having problems it didn't until I brought it to them. It took a ton of fighting and a FOURTH trip before they finally refunded my money.
I'm leaving it at 2 stars because the initial fix was quick and fairly priced but after that was a nightmare and it shouldn't be that difficult to get resolution if they mess it up worse...
Read moreI came here for a new charging port for my phone. I was told I could come in any time after 3:00 on Friday to get the repair done. At 3:10, I arrived and was told, unapologetically, that I could try again after 5:00, and I "must have misunderstood." I went the next day to get the repair done and was told it would take about 35 minutes. When I returned, I was told my charging port was fixed, but they broke my screen, did not have a replacement part in stock, and it was a holiday weekend, so it would be a few days. They seemed rather amused about it, and I didn't find it funny at all. I chose to get refunded for what I had paid for the charging port and went elsewhere to get a new phone instead. My partner took apart my old phone and he said the screws on my screen were tightened so much they were stripped. That makes me think these guys don't know much about the delicate nature of technology assembly. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to get your...
