I had discussed the reviews with friends in town and decided to keep an open mind and visit this evening. I was greeted when I entered and thought “this a good sign”. I found a handbag and a backpack located in front of store on a rack that displayed a “detailed” 50% off sign. When I was at checkout I was told they were in fact not on sale and they had to display a “yellow” clearance tag. NONE of the items on that rack had a yellow tag and I questioned the sales associate. She proceeded to tell me that the sign was there to “depict” what was going on in the store at that time with the pricing. CLEARLY this is an unacceptable practice and should be alleviated immediately. It is very deceptive to place a sign ON A RACK and then tell a customer that the sign does not pertain to the items below! I asked where the clearance bags were and the sales associates could not give me a straight answer. I have been a retail manager for 25 plus years and have seen it all. This by far tops the charts on deceiving the customer. Needless to say I will not be back. The owners need to be aware of this kind of...

Of the various Plato’s Closets I’ve been to across the States, this one is one of the better ones in terms of store organization and cleanliness. Hopefully it stays that way! Lots of variety for different styles, and the pricing is affordable and appropriately priced.

Only criticism is in regard to the selling process. Long story short: It seems like the luck of the draw based on who is looking through your items, so the buying process seems a little inconsistent.

I’ve gone in to sell a few times since this location opened, sometimes with the same clothes. All were neatly folded and freshly washed, gently used with no stains/tears, and (seemingly) current. But in one visit where I brought in clothes that got passed up, the next time a few of the items were then bought.
