I’m very disappointed with this CFA location. I have been let down the last 3 times I have been here and after today, I will no longer be coming to this location. The first few times that I came in the drive thru my food was either incorrect, or missing sauce. No big deal. As a former CFA team lead at CFA Madison Ave in Sacramento, I understand that things happen (as I’ve been on the other side). Today I came inside to dine in because I wanted to give this location another chance as this is the closest CFA to me now and needed lunch as I was running errands. My cashier was extremely sweet (I forgot her name), but I waited 25 mins for a regular Spicy southwest salad (that are in the lowboys, not a specialty salad) and a medium fry. This is a VERY long time especially when salads are pre made in the AM and fries only have a 2 min holding time. This is a simple order that could’ve been out in a timely manner. Especially because the order screen was NOT in the red. Granted I understand that it was getting busy and that it was around 1:23pm, but then I noticed tables filling up after me and everyone else received their food and I was still sitting there with no one to check in on me. After walking up to get my food I wasn’t even compensated purely for the inconvenience. I’m not asking for anything, an apology of the mistake would’ve been nice. I’m hoping that the team leads speak with the team to slow down a bit with taking orders and ensuring the correct color marker is with an order, to the bagger not pressing the order buttons too fast and potentially skipping an order. I was going to speak with a manager, but I needed to leave as I had other obligations. Again I’m very disappointed, and will not be coming to this location again. I was let down in many ways today and definitely feel that I have not received the true Chick Fil a hospitality from this location the last 3 visits. Read moreIt pains me not to give my favorite restaurant 5 ☆’s but the reason is that I am in a wheelchair and this CFA won’t let me pay with their CFA One app (which I earn free food by using) and use the drive-thru too. My friend waited in a long line of cars and while waiting downloaded the CFA One app and proceeded through the line. When she was approached by an order taker with a tablet she informed them she’d ordered on the app (and paid for the food!). They let her proceed to the window to pick up her food and even though her bag of food was sitting right there on the counter the person would not hand it to her but instead made her go out of the drive thru and park and enter the restaurant and pick up the bag! That is ridiculous to me and that is why, with the mention of me not being able to use the app and drive-thru is why it gets knocked down a full ☆. I love CFA and their Christian values. The employees are usually very friendly and polite (in Fairfield, CA they can’t be beat for courteous, sincere friendliness!) I highly recommend CFA for their delicious Chicken sandwiches, wonderful waffle fries and variety of sodas and milkshakes as well as lemonade (diet and regular) and tea (sweetened and unsweetened). Read moreedit (20250209): someone asked me to pick up a meal for them, so we added some food for us... asked for it to be in two orders... they said no problem... but it was not even close. We had to stop in parking lot and sort the order out. In doing so we realized that one fries order was missing. I went back into store, and this time they happily corrected the issue. I am adjusting my rating... if I go again, I may adjust my rating again.
[old story] So I have been here many times... Always get a spicy chicken sandwich... got home... the sandwich had nothing on it... drove all the way back to the store to get my order corrected... only to be "corrected" by the manager that I did not order the spicy chicken sandwich "deluxe"... and then he even had the nerve to tell me (knowing that I was not aware of this ordering distinction) that if I want a spicy chicken sandwich with lettuce then I would have to order a new one and pay for it because they cannot give away spicy chicken sandwich deluxe's away for free. What? Flippantly discarded me like the trash... I don't remember the last time I was treated like this in a fast food restaurant? I guess that they can afford to lose long time customers?
