Cadlynne, you couldn't have gone to the same Buddy's that I went to! My experience there was completely different. First of all, you have to understand that these type of businesses do not check credit! So, they don't know how you pay your bills. My experience there was absolutely satisfying. The staff is very friendly. The manager, Anthony, has to be the best in the business. He really, genuinely cares about his customers. This guy will do whatever it takes to keep his customers happy. And he has trained his staff to be the same way. I had death in the family during one of my many purchases, I was out of work for weeks. I called the store to let them know. I wanted to return the items until this get better. The manager refused. He waited! I was not called about my account at all! He did call though,but , to only check on my wellness. Great staff! This place has charged my debit card multiple times for merchandise that I never got from them. Someone else used my card without my permission and they have kept it on file despite me speaking to several managers and clearly stating that they did not have my permission to charge my card anymore. This has happened month after month to the point to where I am now having to cancel my card and get a new one just so they won’t fraudulently charge me again. I will be reporting them for this because according to the new manager Reggie, charging someone’s card without their permission who never had an account there is not credit card fraud and therefore he can’t refund my money. They will harass you! They are the only rental company that will not work with you and your payments. This my second time renting from them! The first time was years ago when I had a iPhone for my spouse. We tried to return it but they wouldn’t take it back because they said the screen was cracked. Very rude employees! We left them the phone anyways and they put it in the system as we never returned it! Im back renting tables from them and they are being rude again by not hearing out my financial situation to make pay arrangements.
