Inflated labor rates, inflated hours per job, markup on parts at north of 30%, AND TO TOP IT OFF ?!?!? A fee equal to 12% of the INFLATED rates on labor and parts to cover shop supplies ? ABSURD

At a labor rate of $195 / hr we were quoted 9 hrs for a job that took 2 (luckily we were there so they charged only the 2 ). Had to leave so the other jobs took the amount of hours quoted (imagine that). Parts were purchased from Fleet Pride so I went online to find the prices. I was charged over $200 more than they paid on a ~$500 item!?!?! I confronted them so they knocked off $100.

I see why there’s a line at other shops to have work done and no one here.

UPDATE: Drove the truck 180 miles and it not only has the same issue, but blowing coolant everywhere!!!! $3800 and multiple days later the truck is worse than when they worked on it!

All I can say is WOW!! The folks here are awesome. Seriously everyone from the guys at the front desk to the techs out back. Extremely friendly and welcoming. I dealt with Thomas at the front counter. He remembers your name and is willing to help you find parts no matter what. And then there is Ashly the lead service advisor. She is by far the most helpful and genuine person I've met at any kind of service facility or dealership. Definitely went above and beyond trying to get my truck back on the road again. Friendly, professional staff,customer first attitude with southern hospitality. Hours of labor quoted is the hours if labor charged. Technicians have the team spirit offering the customers advise from most experience technicians to the least. The service manager shows concern for drivers comfort and advises the best fix available. The service writer is awesome most courteous I've encountered in a long while. This dealership has what it takes to keep customers coming back.
