they have a good Wednesday deal on juices and coils but they have a horrid return policy. I tried to bring in a broken coil and was turned away from a refund because I had put juice on it. was told to test it before adding the juice so that way they knew I hadnt used it, and then they would give my money back if it was broke. so I did that. came up there a few weeks later with another coil that wasnt functioning but this time it was completely dry. THEY STILL REFUSED IT. told me they wouldn't be able to get their money back from the manufacturer..which I pointed out was stupid because I am in charge of the product distribution at my own job and I know how the simple system of refunds work AND I did what they requested but still was refused my refund by the manager. I only argued for a moment and then tried to drop it to have the employee attempt to continue the confrontation with me, as if he was angry that I thought they were making a unintelligent choice. it was an odd fight for honor and was extremely unnecessary because at this point I just wanted to get out of there. ever since then, I have only bought the juice on Wednesdays and will never purchase another piece of mechanical or electrical equipment from them, I can just got to Ace of Vapes down the street who are kind and...

I then offered multiple forms of ID: my Polish national ID card, my EU driver’s license, even my ESTA travel authorization. Still refused. The reason? ‘Your photo looks too young.’ Seriously? I came with more legal documents than most citizens could provide — and I was still treated like a criminal.
This wasn’t about following the law — this was about ignorance, paranoia, and sheer incompetence. The staff clearly lack any training, any judgment, or any sense of professionalism. They don’t know how to verify legitimate government-issued IDs, and instead rely on their own fear and laziness.
If you’re too uneducated to recognize a passport and too afraid to take responsibility, maybe don’t sell age-restricted products. Or better yet — don’t work in customer service at all.
This is the kind of place that turns away legitimate adults and insults paying customers, all because they’d rather cover their own incompetence than use their brains. Pathetic. Avoid...

This young man works hard. He has a fantastic attitude. And never too busy to help the customer. Me. Had a little issue with some tobacco recently to fine. Or way too strong. And he worked with me on a couple of occasions to settle the issue. He is outstanding the customer service that you get at wild Bill's on Belleville road is top notch. If I could give this young man a raise and pay I would certainly do so. And the manager I can't remember her name. She is also friendly and courteous always smiling thank God there are people who know how to treat their customer. And seem to enjoy slight conversation and customer service.
