I first met Dr. Gabriel towards the end of 2019, and my journey with him has been nothing short of transformative. Despite the challenges that came with my mastectomy and expanders in February 2020, Dr. Gabriel remained steadfast in his commitment to my care. When my body failed to take to several expanders, he referred me to a dermatologist, suspecting that I might have Hidradenitis suppurativa. Little did I know that my years-long battle with ‘acne’ was actually a symptom of this condition. In 2021, I opted for fat grafting in the hopes of finding a solution for reconstruction, this unfortunately was not the solution either. At this point I was flat, I had absolutely no self esteem and had packed on almost 60lb. Dr. Gabriel kept asking me if I was active, was I eating a balanced diet, was I drinking water, was I taking my vitamins. He kept reminding me the healthier my body was the less chances of complications. He always asked in an encouraging way. He was never rude, he never made me feel like I didn’t deserve the effort because I wasn’t taking care of myself, and clearly I WASN’T taking care of myself. My weight gain continued until mid 2022 at which point, my h.s. was having constant flairs and I was completely unhealthy. I had gained almost 95lbs. In October 2022 I decided I wanted to try to have reconstruction, again. I was so unhappy with my body and where my life was. I knew I had to get healthy to make this happen. I spent from October 2022 to August 2023 trying to get in better shape. Not just physically but mentally. I finally had successfully reconstruction in November 2023. Today I had my 6 month check up; Dr. Gabriel came in the room telling me how amazing I look, he congratulated me for being in a better place. When I tell you that he and his staff have changed my life, I mean it. I have lost 146lbs as of today, I have a much more positive approach to ALL things in my life. My self esteem has drastically improved. These life changes have rolled over into a promotion and advancement in my career even. I have been suffering with symptoms of Breast Implant Illness for the past couple of years. After extensive research, I knew I needed to “explant” my breast implants. I did my due diligence and found a surgeon with extensive experience and excellent references.

When I arrived at AG Aesthetics I was greeted by the lovely ladies at the front desk and they were very welcoming.

When I was escorted back to meet with Dr. Allen Gabriel’s Physician Assistant, I was pleased with her warm demeanor as she asked me questions about the symptoms I was suffering from daily. She also listened to my concerns and made me feel heard and understood. She made me aware that Dr. Gabriel is currently conducting a study of Breast Implant Illness, and I agreed to be the third case study patient and to respond to all current and future questionnaires regarding my symptoms. That made me feel really good, because I knew that they felt that Breast Implant Illness is a real thing, (despite some other surgeons discounting the illness).

I then met with Dr. Allen Gabriel! When I tell you he is beyond kind and compassionate, I mean it whole-heartedly. He’s not only personable, be he clearly cares about the wellbeing of his patients. He explained everything in detail, and we opted to do the explant under local anesthesia: which would mean I would be awake for the entire procedure. Dr. Gabriel assured me I would be just fine and it would be quick, around 30 minutes. He also said I could resume my normal activities the next day. Which I thought was fantastic!

The doctor and team knew I was suffering badly and scheduled me in right away. The procedure went so smoothly and Dr. Gabriel talked me through the entire process as he was performing it.

Afterward, I dressed and went on my way. I was pleasantly surprised at how great I felt! I have a couple of upcoming follow ups, as the surgeon wants to ensure that my healing proceeds perfectly.

In closing, I CANNOT say enough great things about the wonderful professional staff and Doctor! They made me feel thoroughly cared for, and it truly felt like I was working with someone I had known for years. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Allen Gabriel and his team! My health improved immediately and they have given me back my health and hope, and that is beyond...

I recently [3/17/2025] underwent an abdominoplasty with muscle repair, paired with liposuction 360 to contour and complement the results — and I am absolutely blown away by the transformation! From the first day Post-Op, I was incredibly amazed at my results. As time has progressed with my healing journey my results are refining and are more incredible than they were the first day post-op.

From my very first consultation, Dr. Gabriel made me feel heard, respected, and confident in my decision. They were incredibly thorough, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I fully understood the procedure and the recovery process. Their professionalism, expertise, and passion for their craft were evident from day one.

The surgery itself went flawlessly. The care I received pre- and post-operatively was top-tier, and the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in my recovery. My pain was incredibly well managed with their technique, as I rarely used the prescribed pain medication and took mostly Tylenol and ibuprofen for the discomfort I had.

Dr. Gabriel checked in with me regularly, and I always felt supported every step of the way. They would call or text in the evenings and weekends to ensure I was not having any complications or concerns.

Now, let’s talk about the results — WOW. My abdomen is flat, smooth, and beautifully sculpted. The muscle repair has not only transformed my core but has improved my mental health, posture, back pain, urinary and bowel function, and daily comfort. The liposuction 360 was the perfect complement — my waist is snatched, my curves are defined, and I finally feel like me again. It’s like my body was sculpted by an artist, and I couldn’t be happier.
