The first time we went to this place it was 2018 and it was by far the best place, the people were nice and really helpful. And then covid hit and we went able to go here for a couple years and when it reopened around 2021 we decided to comeback little did we know that this place changed in a horrible way. The employees are diffrent and they are way worse then the previous ones. The first time we came after the pandemic one of them was very rude and didn't want to listen well we all have bad days so we decided to give her a chance and comeback later in the day and yet again she was sill the same. The next time we came there we decided to bring our own bowling shoes and showed them at the front desk just to see if they were allowed and they said "yeah they are ok" but 30min into our game someone else comes up only to us and checks them yet again saying that he is cheaking everyone's but didn't come to no one else but us. That wasent the only insedent that happened with them the last time we were there we came and order 2 games but because there was a ternament at 5:00 they said that we had 15min and it was 4:45 so we understood and continued playing and right as were were about to finish the person in charge named Christian turns off our lane and we still had 2min so we came up to him asked if we could speak to the manager but he ses that she rarely come here and the other employee said that she was here today ,just saying no need to lie man. So we asked for his name and he refused to give it and the names of others. We shouldn't ask for their names but we had no choice because they dont have name tags witch they should because it a bissness. The management since Angela (Angie) took over has been the poorest in customer service ever seen. They treat their customers like high schoolers and if you aren't part of their clique watch out! and if you refuse their advances when they hit on you. Watch out! We are CUSTOMERS not your friends. They are crazy, despicable people, when they can keep people bc they just burn through staff! They discriminate against free speech and shun any person who has an opinion different from theirs. Employees are so rude, they must train them that way. A guy worked there for years, sold drugs right out of the kitchen and the employees knew about it! They scam people on Sundays for a cheap rate and then have league bowling and no open lanes. Lanes constantly broken. Won'the take care of customers. What a nightmare this place has become. I wanted to take my 13-year-old son in Vancouver, WA out to go bowling for a fun night. I only have one of these special nights per month with him where there are no other distractions.
Imagine my surprise when we show up at the bowling alley to play, only to hear "sorry, we run leagues every night of the week". Update your damn website.
Because of your incompetence in updating your own website, we missed our special night. There was barely enough time left over to drive to find something else to do on such short notice, when I'd taken care to plan ahead by looking at your website...thinking we'd just walk in and wait a few minutes for a lane.
How can you expect the general public to know that you're running leagues every night of the week, when your website clearly states that you have "Open Play Hours" from 9AM-11PM on Wednesday?!
