I have a few things to say about this place. Each swimming lasts for 1 hour, if you are late you can still enter, but ypu should pay for a full hour. Also, after 1 hour of swimming, you have to leave the pool and for 15 have to stay in the changing room (yes, it's cold and you feel uncomfortable). You can't pay for 2 hours of swimming at once, you should leave the pool and pay after every hour. Guards (teens) were really rude, and in my view, they whistled their whistles, just out of boredom, without any particular need. Lots of rules: you can't swim in a T-shirt, you can't dive, children under 16 aren't allowed in the hot tub... and what can you do?! I don't recommend it, I was extremely disappointed!

Loved it! Boys did some rock climbing and we all went swimming. Next time us big people will try the rock climbing. The only downfall is no family pass! Otherwise we would be regulars! Its pretty affordable for lots of fun.

Let me just say I’ve never had problems here before. And yesterday I called to plan my daughters second birthday here at the Jim Parsley Center and asked if they could give me the room for free because I never received my reimbursement from last years room, and the manager told me no. Since there was a room available last year that we used. I also had her first birthday here. Well last year I came in to set up the party and was told that the room I was showed was no longer the room we would be using. I loved the open windows for lighting and for my family who suffer from claustrophobia and anxiety. We got put into a tiny class room with a desk in the corner and so compacted we had 7 people leave !!! Well the manager I spoke to last year said she was sending me a reimbursement for the room the inconvenience. I was so overwhelmed it was the first time I through a child’s party and was disappointed but felt better after knowing I’d get a little more money back. I NEVER RECIEVED ANYTHING BACK !! So hoping that this manager this year would be understandable and would work with me she flat on told me no. I was lied to. And they have horrible consumer service. I’d like to continue to have my daughters birthday here but if they can’t be honest to what they say why should I continue to go back. I’ve referred soooo many people to them. For the manager to completely shut my request out. !!! Highly disappointed and...

I am not one to usually leave a review on a facility or anything but felt the need to share because my experience yesterday was AWFUL.

There is an older lady who works on Sundays with dark hair and she is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in my entire life. She gives a VERY bad image for the establishment since she is the first person you deal with when you walk in.

The facility staff is NOT on the same page at all. One person will tell you that you are allowed to set up 15 minutes early as long as no one is in the room prior to you and then you get there on a weekend day the rude lady will tell you get what you pay for, no extras allowed. They will also tell you that they have extra tables for food and gifts, but you aren't actually allowed to use them.

They do not answer the phone when you try to reach them..I called 18 times on a Friday before I finally reached someone only for them to allow me to ask ONE of my questions before they hung up on me. Learn from my mistake and take that as a lesson- You will be happier finding a different venue to use.

The only plus was they are very clean and the late afternoon crew that came in to clean up after us were nice...

Great pool, not the best attractions but has a mellow shallow end that my 2 year old loves, she also loves the big slide but not that she has to go with dad, she thinks she could do it alone. She couldn't, drinks/ inhales to much water still, but she could go down the pirate slide(for little tikes) only it's been "down for repairs" going on 6 months plus now[we hadn't been prior to that, could have been down for 2 years. idk, but wouldn't be supprised at the rate they are "working" on it] disappointing cuz we've been to many of the polls in Portland metro area and its the only slide I've seen geared for her age group. By the time it's working she will be on the big slide solo. What could really be that wrong it, it's a tiny shockrete boat with wide gradual slope and a foam pad at the bottom, hook up a frickin sub pump and pipe it to the top of the...
