I booked the birthday package to celebrate my sons 4th birthday. Everything was going great. At the end of our hour jump time I decided to go check on our party room as I wanted to see the decorations. The room was decorated BUT our 3 pizzas were sitting out in the open and they were cold-Host said they had been out around 15min-We we never told that the pizza was ready I happen to be checking on it.
Why weren’t we told to come up & that our food was ready???
I don’t think that for the price that we were paying for our party we should have to eat cold pizza! I asked our host to warm them while I gathered the kids.. He brings the pizza back to us BURNT- The cheese was literally black in color! So I was left with a room full of hungry guest and only one edible pizza. A few of our guest do not eat pork & taking the meat off of the pizza was not an option therefore those guest were left hungry after jumping for an hour! Unacceptable. Asked to speak to a manager, our host kept saying that the kitchen was backed up, there was no more pizza to make new ones etc. the “manager” comes & tells us that “our best option” is to take 15% off the pizzas & to leave & go bring in food from outside. Or we could leave. ALSO UNACCEPTABLE. We had the party room for an hour, leaving to get food unexpectedly for that many people would have taken the hour. No extra time was offered or anything. When I said that none of those options worked for me I was told I could leave. My 4 year old was sitting waiting for pizza & to continue enjoying his party & we were told we could to leave due to our pizza being burnt & not thinking that 15% off was a good solution ESPECIALLY because we still had hungry kids who could not eat the one edible pizza. The “manager” was extremely rude and that was a very hurtful thing to suggest being that you see this room full of hungry kids that are waiting to eat, do cake, etc. what type of customer service suggests that guests leave due to their screw up. We weren’t disrespectful, but the “manager” came with an attitude & on defense when we were trying to find a suitable solution besides paying ANYTHING for inedible pizza & leaving to spend more money on outside food. Parents who were attending our party noticed what was being done to us & started recording, at that point the “manager” just walked away. Unsure of what would happen, I just served the pizza that was edible, but my guest that can’t have pork were just asked out. I apologized to the kids & parents, but that was a terrible feeling.
I’m also not sure what the host was actually supposed to do, I served the kids the one pizza that was edible, served my own cake, packed up my own things etc. The party package was not as advertised in my experience and although we enjoyed jumping I will never book or suggest anyone book a party with you.
I was also given 3-4 different totals at the end, when questioning which price was correct the host did not know & kept saying that I booked through Groupon, which I did not. The whole reason that I didn’t have my sons party at home was to relieve stress & be able to enjoy the time with my kids. I was unable to do that as the whole party portion was stressful & extremely...
Read moreWhere should I start? Friendly staff. The only positive. Stood in line (4 people ahead on me) for 25 minutes only to be told the current session was sold out. I paid and signed up for an hour later. Upon return, I stood in line (paid already) with 5 people ahead of me for 28 minutes. Which went 8 minutes into my paid time. There were two full time staff members helping. One other that “working”, but managed to only help one customer in the 28 minutes I observed.
The park was under construction and a majority of the bigger kid trampolines were gone. So, even though I paid as an adult, there wasn’t much for me to do. Nor was there much to do for the 12 yr old boys I brought. Dodgeball was impossible.
The place was crowded. So there were lines. No enforcement of the lines and it was chaos. I had to police the kids so others could actually have fun as well. Staff members stood around and did nothing.
Equipment was broken. One of the basketball rims was broken and hanging. Yet kids were still allowed to dunk on it.
Food lines. Stood in line for 20 minutes to order a personal pizza and a chicken strip. 45 minutes later the food was ready. The register there was cash only. The poor staff member (one) was working hard while many, I counted 5 and a “lead worker”, laughed and talked near him and in the kitchen.
*Construction workers cut lines and were served drinks ahead of all of us who had been in line for a LONG time. *
Tables. There were four tables for us to eat at. Not cleaned or bussed. Myself and two boys were eating our cold food at one of the tables when a mother with 4 kids was delivered a full pizza. There wasn’t a table for them. The staff member set the pizza on a chair. We gladly gave up our table to her and stood by the garbage can while we finished eating.
Theft. I watched as two boys stole energy drinks from the fridge… the line was so long and it was there for so long, I guarantee more was taken. Those kids disappeared upstairs in the park( no food or drink allowed).
Cleanliness. Literally blood, sweat and tears… snot and food/drinks too… were on the mats and on one of the couches. There were NO employees cleaning or otherwise sanitizing any surfaces.
Bathrooms. OMG. Urine and water EVERYWHERE. The kids were in and out of the bathrooms in their trampoline socks. So gross. The same kids were returning back to the trampolines.
I’m not sure what has happened to this business, but it is the worst, by far, that...
Read moreThe point is to have fun, and we did. For that I gave two stars. The -3 stars are for the lack of communication between the employees and lack of and or no coordination with children from said employees. We went for a “glow night” 8-10pm, we purchased the 90 minutes ($27 ea.) and almost walked away from the front desk without getting told me MUST buy their grip socks ($3.50 ea. pair). When I say almost, we started walking away after buying wristbands then I mentioned if we have to wear those socks… the guy said yes. So that became a second purchase. 1 hour later, we were told to leave 15 minutes early because we didn’t have “glow shirts”, when we were never told by the front desk other wise. I asked the guy who was removing us if they’re going to provide us some shirts because it’s not our fault for not knowing this information 1 hour into jumping around (us as in 2 people). He said no we have to purchase the shirts..? I’m sorry but if it’s required of us to wear socks (understandable) and these glow shirts why can’t they put it into the $27 wristband price? Rather than making it “ala cart”. So that was my one issue..well annoyance.
Whilst jumping, children were everywhere. No I understand this is a children’s location, that’s not the problem.. the problem was there was no containment of kids in a “safe” manor. The employees (who are children themselves), stand around and don’t follow their own written rules of the company. I was in the basic trampoline area where everyone is in their own squares. I get it, everyone is running everywhere and what not. But literal toddlers were in the same area as kids up to teenagers. Employees watched these toddlers almost get completely wrecked, allowing them to almost hurt everyone jumping because they jump square to square and lay there. The employees are the problem. The dodgeball wasn’t dodgeball, it’s just where kids go to purposely make other kids cry, no rules. Because the employees didn’t enforce anything.
I may sound like a Karen, but this company needs adults to watch children. Not children watching children, where their classmates go to flirt with the girl from their 2nd period class while she’s “working”. When I have kids I would void completely away from this place. Hire adults to watch...
