Quick Stop Smoke Shop — Local services in Vancouver

I've spent more than $300 at this shop. Bought 2 Vapes, both of which broke. First one had a contact issue with the button. They told me to clean it with rubbing alcohol. Fair enough... Didn't work. The next one, which I only had for a day tipped over and the glass broke. They said they would replace the glass. Fair enough. Went in and all I got was a bunch of excuses about how it was my fault (which of course it was) but since I told Juan that his un-needed exuses we're starting to piss me off, he rescinded the offer of the free glass. Sent me out empty handed. Resigned to waiting for the owner to handle the situation, I came back later to try again. I explained what happened again to this new employee, and he said he would sell me the part I needed. He then said "my Manager told me you were going to come in and try this". ALL STOP At this point I realized that not only was I berated by the first employee, but in preempting my second visit with whatever he told the next guy I was now being treated like a petty criminal in a jewelry store. So buyer beware. The Vapes break, there is no refund policy (but lots of excuses), and the employees are not below grandishly making customers, a US Veteran at that, feel like total trash over the possibility of curbing their ego over a $5...

All the guys here are super personable and knowledgeable, one of the few head shops I've been to that actually show a genuine care for they're customer's. They're open when every one else is closed,seriously, till 1 am,(COIVID hours) and open on holidays. I've seen them be the only store in town open during a horrible snow storm couple years ago on Christmas day. They rock. And just a shout out to the ones who've sacrificed they're holiday for us customers, they've literally been a life saver for me,thank you. The only head shop I'll shop at in Vancouver. They have really awesome loyalty points program for returning customers, (download app and it'll check you in automatically) the points add up quick and it pays off. They really are the best prices in town, smokes,vape, CBD, also buy 2 get one free deal on certain products. Solid owner who's doing business the right way, thank you! Just wish you had a store in Portland. UPDATE June 2022, super bummed out, not only have they're prices gone up on Kratom now, they don't even do they're loyalty rewards anymore, no buy 2 get one free, no buy 8 get 250 gram bag free, just as overpriced as all other stores now, nothing special..cool kids in there tho,they're...

What a great selection on vapor products and glass. Great brands too! Looking for a bargain they got the inexpensive stuff, looking for some name brand, killa, NUG, etc they got that too!

The staff is wonderful all of them from the owner to the manager to the general staff. They are all helpful knoledgable and when you walk in they greet you like a long lost friend not just another customer.

But hands down if you want to enjoy this place to its fullest, then walk through that door when Kellan is on shift. Evenings during the week is when I see him most. I spent over an hour in the shop with a very limited budget and high expectation and the man delivered. I didn't walk out with a cheepie wishing I had something else, I walked out stoked to get home and put my glass to use, oh yeah and spent $15 less than I intended. I was very indicisive and there were four other customers in the store and he was able to bounce back and forth and take care of us all at once with a smile on his face and a joke on his tounge.
