This Taco Bell is implementing a new system for delivery drivers (Doordash, etc.) that requires those who are picking up 2 (or more) orders to go through the drive-thru twice. The cashier said they were "The only Taco Bell in the area that is currently implementing this this." Which honestly seems like a cover for a slow team. I used to work at Taco Bell and if I recall you must keep order times under a certain average. On top of that, they do not pay attention to the orders they hand out late night, and as a deliverer, I can't open food to check for everything because of a tamper seal. If you are a food delivery driver and you are required to stop here for more than one order, I reccomend declining the order because these workers will waste your time if they think you're wasting theirs.
UPDATE* To this day they continue to mess up orders. People with allergies should avoid this location, there is a blatant disregard for alterations here at this location. You can ask if they heard you correctly, they will confirm, and you will still receive the wrong items or incorrectly loaded burritos, etc. The manager seems to never be present, if there was this wouldn't happen as commonly as it does. The manager stays at the end of the production line in the position of "expeditor" a glorified word for "food wrapper", this position checks the bag and ensures all items are correct and all ingredient changes were met. This location purely does not care if you get the right food. Even the "good" reviews for this location are 1 star ratings. I continue to order because I have faith that they could do good with the right employees, but currently they are lacking anyone who will pay attention to what is on the screen they're...
Read moreOne of my worst experiences yet. Don't make people that aren't paying attention cashier. Total was 13.81, gave them 23.81 announced nice and loud it was twenty three. They tried to give me eight dollars change. On top of that the cheesy bean and rice burritos I had were awful comparatively to other visits. The beans tasted old and the cheese wasn't the typical consistency of their nacho cheese it was much less runny and tasted off. I will probably be going out of my way to the orchards location if I do have taco bell anytime soon.
UPDATED AS OF 6/13/24 the customer service is still just as abysmal. they're still putting mexican pizzas under tons of other food even if you request that its not, and argue with you about there being nothing wrong with the pizza. yes, RIGHT NOW there's nothing wrong, because the heat from the burritos and pizza haven't compromised the top of the box YET, which no one that works there seems to understand in the slightest. also, none of them seem to know how to wrap their own burritos in the wrappers so that they're properly identifiable witout having to dismantle the burrito to check its contents.
wish the workers of that store would stop treating the jobs like Marshawn Lynch at interviews "just here so i don't get fired"(or fined, in marshawns case)
after adamantly stating it want it remade a 2nd time, it was remade for me, wifes eating it now, and commented how it actually had a good amount of toppings and sauce on it compared to the first one made which had a little pile of tomatos near the middle and did not appear to have much, if any...
Read moreI used to live up north in sequim. We had a taco bell up there that always made our order correctly, and always did it quick and efficient. They constantly had business and they were just a little small town franchise. I came down to visit Vancouver a few months ago and I had taco bell here. It was terrible. We waited in line for 28 minutes for a cheesy roll up, a 7 layer burrito, and a cheesy potato griller. The cheese on the cheesy roll up wasn't melted, the 7 layer burrito was freezing cold, and the cheesy potato griller was half empty. Few months pass. I find myself now living down here. Went here today to get myself 2 cheesy potato grillers (hoping that maybe something has changed) and a chalupa cravings box for my brother. The box was filled with cold food, and ONCE AGAIN, they screwed up the ONE THING that I like to eat at taco bell. Instead of a cheesy potato griller, they decided "let's give him whatever we want to because we are slightly busy and we care more about serving customers fast with food they didnt ask for so we can get more time on our phones than we care about occupational integrity" (IF any of those brain damaged dropouts can use those words in a sentence.) This just goes to show that there is a right way to do things, and that way warns profit. Theres a reason that a small town taco bell with a tenth of the population is serving 10 times as many customers a day. It's because at the end of the day, your food is ill prepared, your customer service is non existent, and no one seems to want to do anything right so enjoy being replaced by...
