The food was excellent at this location in Hazel Dell! I had the Honey Walnut Shrimp, Sweetfire Chicken breast, with yakasobi noodles. Very delicious! Not hot or spicy, the sweet peppers only give it the smallest amount of warmth. If you are looking for spicy try Kung Pau chicken. My entrees provided me both sweet and savory (and filling) portions! My friend had the Green Bean Chicken breast and pork fried rice and absolutely loved it. Everything was fresh! I recommend it and will be back. The photos don't do the real thing justice. You just have to go in and try it for yourself!

Put in my order, was told hold on, while I assumed he checked if there was enough orange chicken, was told ok to continue if there was anything else I wanted.... Get home and I have a portion and a half of orange chicken, it's cold, and it's mostly the tiny crunchy nuggets with no real meat in them. Just tell me there isn't enough I could have ordered something else. It was dinner time so I assume more was on, I could have waited too. It seems they tried to make up for it with noodles???? Lame.

I stoped in after work around 930 on 3-20-24 and got some orange chicken chow mein and teriyaki chicken..butt I was very upset with what I got, they didn't even give me chow mein just all cabbage I had literally no noodles .. and the teriyaki chicken was old ...this is crazy and unacceptable, especially since I had to wait 20 minn for my food,I got home to find my food old and all my noodles cabbage.

I am not a person that writes bad reviews on restaurants. I do not like to Get people in trouble. But tonight was an absolute disaster at this location. I ordered a 3 entree meal which my husband picked up. When he brought it home it was too small for even my 8 year old to eat. There servings were completely off. I had chow mein and you could literally see the bottom of the box, my honey walnut shrimp well...there was only 4 if them!! I understand mistakes so I nicely called and told them about the problem. They said that they would fix it. When I went into the location the manager JUAN Told me that I was lying and they would never serve something that small. He assumes I sat and ate it at 9:30 at night and then came back for more. He continued to roll his eyes at me. At this point I got very frustrated and demanded that they give me the actual servings that I paid for. The entire time that he was fixing me up a new meal, he was rolling his eyes and telling me that I was lying. I am beyond frustrated and cannot believe that Someone like this is managing That location. The girls that were working were honestly way nicer than the manager in charge. I have been a regional manager for small locations of big chain restaurants before and this is NOT The way that you treat a customer. Here I am in my robe and had to get out of bed after a 12 hour shift to go in fix this meal and then be called a liar by a manager. SKIP THIS LOCATION, GO TO THE ONE RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD (they are wayyyy nicer and have they're...

I arrived at opening 7/13 and ordered from what was prepared to discover in the final bite the cook failed at their task. Just a solid cold piece of Honey Sesame chicken in the final bite causing indigestion due to subpar preparation methods. I returned 7/14 planning to order super greens to help digestion and mention this prior experience for improvement, however unprofessionalism occured at the register. Diego really thought the most important thing was to coerce five star reviews that mention him. I was going to do the survey and request he be removed from serving the public, but the receipt made it's way to the trash.

I should also add, I'm the guy that received a meal laced with steel wool clippings from the Grand Central location during the pandemic lockdowns.

Furthermore, on one of my visits I witnessed patrons who had probably been disserviced in some way get tresspassed by Sheriffs Deputies when it seemed obvious the customers were due a refund. When you look at the full picture, it does not look good. The general public deserves better than what is being cooked up in Clark County. Panda Express needs to look closely and send all the liabilities home never to return. I have a lot of respect for a menu that tries to be healthy. We can all agree steel wool clippings in my chow mein defeats the...

I normally don't post negative reviews, but I felt pretty bummed out visiting this specific location. First thing I noticed was the cooks greeted us while the girls talked to each other which wasn't the worst but at least talk somewhere customers can't see you. But what really did it for me was the long black hair in my food, I went up to the counter and waited while the cooks shouted "reggy" twice and the other girls continued to talk again. The girl on drive threw asked how to help and I showed her the hair. She prompted for the other girl to help me and she offered to remake my plate, I informed her I lost my appetite after I almost put hair in my mouth she said she would refund me, and didn't offer to refund my boyfriends meal (who stopped eating immediately following the hair incident) we threw our food away once we showed them the food, and the girl seemed irritated that I didn't have my receipt even though she helped us less than 6 minutes prior to the incident. It just kind of left a bad taste in my mouth, I understand nobody planted the hair, but in that instance.. as someone who works in customer service, I would just refund immediately no questions asked and then asked how I could fix the issue. Definitely not the best...
