Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Vancouver

I went through the drive through last week, i wanted their fish sandwich, sad to learn they are done with it for the year,don't understand why its so hard to find a GOOD fish sandwich, at different places, McDonalds has one which vh is the nastiest I've ever had in my life,so anyway ,getting back to why I'm writing this,i didn't know what to order, thank goodness there wasn't any one behind me,so i told the cook on the intercoms since no fish,not sure what buger i should order, im 66 and can't eat a ton,so he suggested jack value menu, at the super jack,i think thats what its called, 3.99,best buger ive have had in years, oh my goodness ive been back twice, the bun was beautiful, the meat was moist,not over cooked,the cook was so sweet and cared about my order,i just love him,the girl at the window was sweet beautiful, funny, i love these kids,i called to thank them all,I've called buger places to complain, really easy to do when they mess up so much,but i needed to call to let them know how much i appreciate them,talked with management the next day to let him know how i was treated and how good the food was,and it explained why his employees were so special, they get it from him,he invited my to come back for a burger on him,he didn't need to do that,causes, when its that good,you always go back, THANK YOU ALL AT HAZEL DELL...

Excellent customer service and fresh, quality food. I live closer to another location on Columbia Blvd and Martin Luther king Jr Blvd, and I'd rather drive the 6.5 miles to this location than to ever go to the Columbia Blvd location again. What an amazing difference in the attitudes of staff, as well as in the effort that goes into the food they're preparing. Kudos to this restaurant and the employees for making it very clear that they care about their jobs and customers who make their employment possible! Every time I've been to this location my food is hot, fresh, and neatly arranged in the bag. Just a few weeks ago I decided to take the risk and order the Spicy crispy Chicken Sandwich, half expecting it to be hard, cold, or overcooked and dry (that's been what I've received, time and time again from the other location on Columbia Blvd) but it was ridiculously good!! I live about 10 mins from this location and the sandwich was still piping hot, was neatly packaged, and was probably the best crispy chicken sandwich I've ever eaten!!! Every staff member that I've had an interaction with has been very courteous, respectful, efficient and outgoing. I would definitely...

Worste Jack in the box ever. The staff here is very unprofessional. Walked into this store around 10:20am. A woman was wipping down the main counter. As I came in, she said nothing to me or my daughter. There was another woman in the drive thru window. She was helping another customer. I waited for several minutes. I went to the window to ask my better half if I should stay. Then the woman who had been wiping the counter down looks up and siad "Are you ready?". I replied Yes. She goes "What do you want?". All of this in a annoyed voice. I should have left at this point. My 4 year old wanted mini pancakes for fathers day. So I stayed. I ordered my food. Exchanged cash. She gave change and walked away. I have been in retail for many years. From a partner all the way to running my own store. This should embarrass the entire staff. I get we all have bad days. Then talk to your manager. Ask to be placed in the back. Don't take it out on a customer. I hope this woman has a better day. Unfortunately I will no longer stop be here. Nor will I go to store under the same management/DM. They do not look for quality staff here...
