Happy Juice — Restaurant in Washington

I believe it’s not tasteful to recommend something that carries an additional charge without notifying the customer. Although friendly upfront, recommending the breve without notifying me it was an extra $1.30 or so is icky. 2 stars because the coffee was good. But unfortunately I cannot support a dishonest business.

Response to owner: When I asked about the extra charge upon being told the total, the barista said "there was a $1.30 charge for breve", period. No effort to remake the drink or discount the charge. Had they done so I wouldn't post a review like this. As someone not experienced with coffee, I did not know breve is typically an extra charge. Dutch bros doesn't...

Got 2 med iced coffees (smoked caramel macchiato & mayan mocha, both so gd! Also got a bacon egg white n chs on croissant sammich that was easily in top 5 if not top 3 of the best ive had at any stand or fast food place anywhere/in whole country...acai bowls r so gd too!!!) Atmosphere i put 5 just cuz its a truck so there isnt rly any like inside a building so its not rly fair & cuz everything else was so great that they deserve it cuz im sure if they were inside itd b just as awesome 😁 ...gd vibes, amazing coffee & noms, health conscious & delicious! I’m super bummed because they do have spectacular quality smoothies. But I wish they had their prices posted. The last two times I’ve gone it’s been so expensive. I know everything is pretty spendy these days. But I went yesterday with my 3 year old I got a 16oz smoothie and a child size smoothie add spinach. With a $1 tip my total was $20. The time before that they had a deal of BOGO and once again got 16oz smoothie / child size smoothie. My total was $12 with the deal. The pricing confuses me and $10 for a child’s size smoothie? I absolutely love their smoothies. But I don’t know if I will be returning...
