This transit center is average. If it's your first time it can be a little confusing on which buses go which direction (N vs S), because all buses depart from one direction versus I'm used to in Portland where the buses & Max depart from opposite sides making it easier to distinguish. The buses don't run often on the weekends. If you're trying to get to NE Fourth Plain on the weekends, the two buses that go that direction only run every 30 minutes which is a bummer when you get there as the bus is driving away!! There are maps and schedules posted with the different bus lines. It's all very user friendly. It's located next to the Vancouver Mall, so there are several places to get food, or use the restroom- although all restrooms are a good 1/4 mile walk in any direction. Unfortunately, there wasn't any TRAN personnel there when I needed help on a Saturday, so I had to just ask fellow riders the questions I had. Watch out for your bus and make sure to check the news if you can sometimes the buses will be late due to an accident or crime so keep your eye out and ask around typically the bus drivers will know so ask them.
