Unfortunately customer service at this location has declined over the last year. I continue to have issues with my prescriptions being refilled and lack of customer service with counter help being rude and impatient. I spoke with Kathy (who was filling in today) to clarify an issue I was having with one of my prescriptions that I went to pick up on Wednesday this week. She would not let me finish my sentence even though I asked her two separate times to please stop interrupting me. She gave an excuse that she is just filling in today and doesnt know what was going on. If she would of let me finish explaining my situation and stop interrupting me, she would of known my issue. I found out that the pre-authorization was not put in last week and the order was just filled without insurance. So they asked me for almost $400. I declinded the medication but was never informed at that time it had not had the pre-authorization done. My doctor was aware of this possibility and informed me that pre-authorization was going to be needed. But because of your delay im suffering. I do realize that this location is closing and will be a Walgreens soon. But that's no excuse for terrible customer service and not doing your job. By not turning in the pre-authorization I've now gone almost a week without this medication. Because of your failure to do what was correct. Your location failed at providing my medication in a reasonable time because of failing to properly ask for the pre-authorization. I have now gone without muscle relaxer for almost a week. First membership w as Lincoln City Oregon⁰ store was my first Bi Mart card ..and over the yearz I have had many Bi-Mart cards memberships in many different Bi-Mart stores throughout Oregon but it has come to my attention as of recent that you no longer need to buy Mark card to go shop which is cool I guess it was mainly for lucky Tuesdays or something else you can get involved in the drawings or whatever anyway I had a bottle return and you would have thought I was returning something expensive oh my God she had the worst overall attitude she wasn't friendly she was bossy and oh my God I was so grateful I had a see-through bag for crying out loud what was I thinking if I didn't oh my God she went all the way and checked in the Lincoln City store like I was some kind of weirdo or something if I didn't have one how can you not have a bimar card and what you're going to have one if you're going to return stuff here or I said it's a bottle return it's policy okie dokie anyway so that's Florence Oregon by Mart little friendly group there not I'm sure there's some that are I just haven't...

It's a membership based chain/ store (lifetime/inexpensive) that has a little bit of everything with a solid focus on sporting goods and outside living goods, plus foods, pharmacy, etc. BiMarts are typically very good, but there is something about this location that demanded a review.
I was coming back from a quick rush to the coast and decided to stop to restock a few supplies. I found several items I traditionally get and a couple I havent found since moving from Medford. It seems everything they carry comes through corporate and thus is not subject to the fluctuations of local venders. (Important to know for future shopping.)
