Stopped by while we passed thru Veneta after a trip out in Mapleton and decided on Pizza. The servers were friendly and accommodating to our party of 6, we ordered appetizers and 2 Xtra large Pizzas, the Pickle Fries were good but extremely hot temperature wise and could've easily burned our mouths up if not careful! We had a half Veggie half combination and a half islander (Hawaiian) half Taco pizza, the Taco Pizza was great it came covered in shredded lettuce and cheese and had crumbled tortilla chips on top, the Veggie was perfect! Prices can be high but you feel like you get your money worth, the only lacking experience is the restaurant's atmosphere, it just feels a bit like a local watering hole bar, which I guess it's fair to say it probably is, either way great food and great service, definitely worth a stop when your in Veneta or even passing thru.

Picked the wife up at the Eugene airport, we were hungry so stopped here on the way home. Has a sign on the door, ā€œMasks Required.ā€ Interesting since none of the staff were wearing them. I had the Chicken Fried Steak with gravy, potatoes, two runny eggs, (asked for them cooked all the way through, no I didn’t send them back) also came with toast. Got to have toast to clean up the plate. Never know on the gravy, have had places where it has WAY to much pepper in it. This gravy was perfect. The wife had a BLT and fries. Both of us had water to drink. Friendly waitress, did a great job. Never got a ticket, had to go to the cashier area. Maybe that is the way it is done here? Wife thought the bar was noisy. It is hooked to the restaurant, more like a bar and grill type of place. Still, plenty of food, it was delicious and filled us up.

I went here with my parents for breakfast. I was a little confused because it says it's a pizza place. It was a Thursday morning and business was brisk. I had the Country Style Breakfast with 2 eggs overeasy, O'Brian potatoes, a ham steak and sour dough toast and an orange juice. The service was quick, efficient and friendly. The peppers and onions were hand cut and the potatoes were not from a bag. It is worth a stop on your way to the coast!

My first experience was bad so I thought I’d try it twice and give it a second shot. My first time I ordered a medium pizza with olives and pepperoni. That ran me nearly 25$. It arrived 30 minutes late and cold I am less than a 10 minute drive away. It also didn’t really taste right. I would say weirdly bland? The sauce didn’t taste bad but it wasn’t anything to write home about. The cheese basically was only texture and my pepperoni was okay. The olives weirdly enough didn’t taste right. Like black olives have that signature flavor. Also they didn’t cut through the pizza all the way. Pretty annoying when trying to pick up a slice and having to rip them apart. Just weird how expensive it is. Like comparing it to papas id rather get papas because it tastes good. That’s the kind of price bracket they are charging. I don’t think they have chefs that are trained because that isn’t a pizza any chef I know would send out. The second time I opted for breakfast. I got the biscuits and gravy. This after delivery ran me about 15$ pretty high but whatever if the foods good. It was 30 minutes late again and cold again. I decided to give it a shot though. Gravy was gelatinous and bland. Gravy is supposed to be rich and savory with some nice buttery undertones. It was just peppered so much it actually was overwhelming bad. The biscuits weren’t cut and were dry as can be. I like a flakey biscuit but anyone from the south knows the difference between flaky and dry. Biscuits had no flavor and tasted somewhat sour. My guess is some kind of past due ingredient. I’ve been baking for a long time and biscuits like that are worse than from a can. Dairy mart has better biscuits because I can actually stomach those. I felt bad but I tossed it because frankly eating it was making me feel nauseous. In conclusion the noti pub is 10 minutes away way more affordable and has heart and soul in their food still. This places food is a joke and the prices and service make...

Well husband took me and our son out to dinner and after going in to get a table and order our son has a full on yelling and screaming and throwing himself on the ground bad autism meltdown. The sweet waitress was very awesome and understanding when we asked her if we could move out to the patio. Ones outside I had him go sit in the grass to try and get him regulated back to calm. Of course my son's meltdown lasted a good 30 minutes. In that 30 minutes several people stopped to see if he was alright and myself. I really just wanted to say thank you for being so kind and understanding of my son's disabilities and the fact that we didn't have to run away from embarrassment and shame and guilt that it was nice to be able to still sit down and eat outside and everybody not make fun of him or try to lash out at us it was very much needed to let him just go through his meltdown and get himself regulated cuz he was in butterfly mode and not thinking rationally and he had to bring himself back down to regulate his emotions fun part about autism and him being nonverbal this is how he gets his points across as he yells and screams so I just want to thank you guys again for making us feel welcome and not have to hide and run away...

I really, really want to try the food, but can't get anyone to answer the phone. I have agoraphobia so don't go out, was hoping to order online and have it delivered (web site says they do so). The menu looks great, making me sooo hungry!! I've been trying for 2 days to call and no one answers despite the web site saying they are open. sad. Maybe if I ever get thru and can try the food I'll change my rating.**UPDATE: so....decide to give it another try. The lady on the phone was really nice, the delivery person was super nice, and the pizza...........OH SO SO GOOD!!!! Yum Yum!!! Best pizza I've had in a long long time!!! Thank you!!!! **UPDATE....years later still getting deliveries and still loving their food! My grandson and I love their pizza and deserts (he's a cheesecake lover), and we can even rely on them in bad weather, The owner really cares about the employees, she didn't want them driving on the icy roads...so she delivered it herself! We can count on them, and their quality of...
