Since I have been exclusively getting my product from this location, I have experienced the most amazing service and treatment from the staff. Dylan (sorry if I spelled it wrong) and James especially have taken extra time with me to talk about different strains and the terpenes because I use the products medicinally and even though cannabis is known to hit different people different ways I have never been steered wrong with any of the suggestions they have given me :-) not only are they the kindest most compassionate workers I've encountered, going in somewhere where they know my name makes me feel like I matter, and knowing I'm on lower income, they always help me find the best products for my budget. I was very disappointed in the customer service side of things. I have only been in this store a handful of times and they had always been so friendly until the last two visits. I was picking something up for my DIL and wasn't really sure what it looked like etc. So was going to need some help. First, I walked in and there was one person working and one customer. The customer had quite a bit of stuff but was asking specific questions and really needing the employees help. She was short with her, no patience and if I had been her I would have walked out. I stood there and waited not one time did she acknowledge my presence. She could have very easily asked what I needed at which time I would have let her know I had a few ? 's and could wait. It took 8 minutes for her to finish and when it was finally my turn she was not helpful at all. She tossed a book at me and said 'the flavors are listed in there' I know alot of people only go in there because of the convenience. When I mentioned it to someone they said 'oh yeah that's just how she is.' That almost made it...

Placed an order at 8:40 pm and got confirmation saying that the order was being prepared around 8:42 pm. Usually we receive a text within a few minutes saying that the order is ready so my husband drove down and got there aprox 8:46 and said the guy peeked out the window, and then started shutting off lights.

I understand they close at 9 and it was 20 minutes till close but it was just a pack of prerolls. They could have been shoved in a bag... But a phone call or email or anything saying it was too late would have been fine too. I would have understood. The guy could have even peeked out and said something. Just not a good way to...
