Accidents at grocery stores occasionally happen. In most cases can be prevented. This store had some chairs out, some unopened. There should have been a caution sign or some sign to avert people from sitting on it. The owner stated "common sense"- is not a caution sign or other preventative measures to ensure the safety of customers. So an injury occurred when the display fell over- which caused a bleeding head injury. They then made the bleeding customer wait in line to make a single purchase instead of calling emergency services. When calling to talk about the incident all I got was words that evaded liability- and in an elevated tone.The fact that there was no accountability tells you right there their management is as second shelf as their products. Keep the attitude, faulty overpriced bags that break, old almost expired food and improperly setup "displays" that are hazardous. Read moreI was in the store and weigh some vegies,but the scales were off,my friend accompanied me and we went to check out and found out that the scales were broke.And they said they don't go by thoes scales, and I suggested they take them out and people wouldn't get confused. Both checkouts yelled at me and one of the young men there told me to shut my mouth plus he called me a Old fat man 3-4 times,but the kid said - and many heard him say that I pull a gun out and threatened him. That's not true ! I don't own a gun ! I would never ever go to that store again. Winco has better prices and their food is alway fresh.You will actually save money at Winco.This kid is a louse cannon with a very negative attitude. When I call the store the lady that was trying to pull the kid away from me become he was going ballistic and I could never come into the store again.Be careful Folks ..and I do have witnesses...
Read moreNot exactly sure why it's giving me the option to review this particular grocery outlet location twice but I will reiterate as I said in my last review that this is the most comfortable friendly store I shop in! When I went to buy the ingredients for my homemade alfredo and had questions about similar looking cheeses with exotic names, the very kind guy in the deli not only knew what the cheese was and detailed description of the differences between it and Parmesan, he went into the back and found me a container of Parmesan and saved my alfredo :-) again I'm terrible with names but everyone there is so wonderful including the girl with the white pixie hair you know who you are!
