Hillbilly Brews Espresso — Restaurant in Veneta

I can’t find any contact information, so unfortunately I feel it’s necessary to leave this review. We live in Alvadore and have been going to this coffee stand for years. But, in the last 6 months, one person in particular, who seems to always be working there, is so incredibly rude. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a coffee shop/stand. Baristas are supposed to be friendly! But the rudeness is just crazy! I always feel like an inconvenience. And today was the last straw.

As a business owner, I feel it’s important to make sure you are represented well by your employees. I’d appreciate it if someone could be in touch with me so I can explain in more detail. Hillbilly coffee has been a local favorite for some time. I live 20 minutes away but its usually worth the wait. I made the trek today 10/30/2024 at 6pm. When I arrived there was a dodge ram blocking one side with its lights off, so I went around the corner and got in line. It seemed like an eternity as I waited for the one car in front of me. When it was my turn I pulled up and noticed she was talking flirting with the male driver of the ram blocking the side I was trying to use for my convenience. Then I thought maybe shes making him something, no. Eventually I was asked what I wanted but then she went back to flirting in-between the steps to make my drink. Needless to say the drink taste like crap it and I should have told her boyfriend to pay because i can taste the distraction. I'd recommend at the least valuing your customers time as much as...

I have been coming to this location for the last 15 years even before it was hillbilly brews, and have always enjoyed my experiences until six months ago when the girl was so snooty and rude that I was just left, dumbfounded. I am always very polite and I always tip. I know that you give your coffee grinds away and that is one of the things I like about this location. But the last time I was in, I asked about the coffee grinds and the girl acted so put out to have to go look and see if there were any available. So I didn’t come back for six months. And I had the exact same experience today with a different worker and I am just so disappointed and discouraged, that I I will not buy coffee here again.
