Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Veneta

Unfortunately, there was a few buses full of teenagers who was there when we walked in...there was yelling, screaming, throwing and rough housing at a state of out of control. I told a few of the kids to tone it down...I told a few that they were being disrespectful...then I looked for a parent or figure to let them know how disrespectful these kids were being! The staff, about 5 or 6 young employees looked horrified ..one young lady was having a panic attack trying to take my order...these young employees need better training for conflict resolution...maybe a more mature adult on staff during shifts? I give the kids working at this DQ today...they cleaned this horrible mess after the brats left...apologizing to us. They need help and a pat...

To whom it may concern, I am a local resident who eats at this DQ on a somewhat regular basis. But unfortunately after the terrible disrespect, everything from the drive-thru attendant saying “welcome to Taco Bell how can I help you” to having a conversation while staring at my credit card saying “cocaine being one hell of a drug” with the drive-thru window still being open and my 12 year old daughter sitting in the rear passenger seat. I find this whole experience being incredibly disappointing and unnecessary. Last Friday 12.01.2023,we ordered a take out from dairy queen. I am not a fan of French fries so I just usually ordered two chesseburger. While we were eating, my husband throw away the half of his burger and he said that the meat smell and kinda taste weird. But it was too late, I already ate the two cheese burger and drink my hot fudge malt. Few hours later, I had a severe stomach ache, vomiting and diarrhea. After i thrown out those meat that I ate I felt so much better. But it caused us going to emergency. I will never eat to that dairy queen anymore eventhough they will be my last options.
