Subway — Restaurant in Veneta

Our family is local and is never going back. I recommend Chiba hut instead, way better food for the same price if not less expensive. We've had issues with Subways coupons before because they always expire a few days after we get them. This time we got them the previous week and tried to use them on the date shown for exp. The employees saw me pretty much fanning myself with the coupon and even had me scan it after the sandwiches were made just to tell me they don't work and they've been telling people this all day! Then why didn't you tell me before the sandwiches were made?! I felt trapped to buy the overpriced soggy awful sandwiches. What's worse the let the people ahead of me bring in their long haired chiwawa around all the open food?! Disgusting! Maybe all subways aren't this bad but the long haired dog will really make me think twice whether the food is cross-contaninated. The prices are terrible for subway in general and I feel tricked to pay their unreasonable prices so we aren't going back here and not planning to go to subway in general...

The own... Rivender is not nice to her employees and is very racist. I ordered white American cheese, and she looked at me with a big smile on her face and said, "because white is right" and then laughed. She also didn't k ow my girlfriend was one of her employees at the time. I walked in to get lunch there and she treated my girlfriend and her other employees Luke they were stupid. My girlfriend was so embarrassed that I had witnessed this. The lady is not a good lady to work for, and only cares about money. She guilted my girl when my girl put two week notice in and stuck up for herself. My girlfriend used to buy subway for her daughter quite often, but we will not buy it from any of rivender subways any more. Asked about a price difference on the sandwich that I’ve ordered here for years, didn’t receive a response back from the worker then I said the nice girl in the back knows what I’m talking about, the worker then preceded to yell at me that she was on the phone with corporate, (I wasn’t asking to talk to her or anything I just said she knows what I’m talking about cause she’s made my sandwich for years.)I dropped it after that. the cashier then said have a good day without giving me my change, I asked if I could get my change back, they gave me the wrong change, after I said that they proceeded to scoff in my face and try to recount the change, after they did they slammed it on the counter.
