STAY AWAY! I wish I would have read (Ludmila Swerzbin's) review down below from 3 years ago before buying Pandora from Artisans! BUY DIRECTLY FROM PANDORA!

I recently bought a Pandora bracelet and clip charm for my daughter as one of her Christmas gifts. The owner doesn't live in state therefore, Doreen is the store manager. She was helpful in choosing jewelry for my daughter, but that was it. Long story short, she only offers a 1 year warranty. On Black Friday, I ended up at UTC Mall and shopped at the Pandora Corporate store to buy more charms. Upon checking out, the store manager informs me that I wasn't in their system for the initial bracelet and charm I bought from Doreen at Artisans. Furthermore, she offers me the option to purchase an addition two year warranty for only $30. I end up buying everything from the actual Pandora store thinking I would return what I purchased from Doreen at Artisans. I looked at my receipt and it says only store credit and no refunds. Mind you, there's NOTHING on their front door or register that says NO refunds. I call Doreen to see if she can offer me the additional warranty. She says no. I then ask for a refund explaining the warranty issue and she said no. I told her that it was unfair and very deceitful to not inform a customer prior to making a larger purchase that there's no refunds. Her exact response to me was "It says No refunds on our receipts" CLEARY, that's deceitful as a customer will only see this once their purchase has been made. She went on to say that she took the time to help me select a bracelet and charm implying, she deserved the sale. I really don't know, but clearly she took it personal.

I contacted Pandora Corporate and filed a formal complaint against Doreen at/and Artisans. It's filed and in their official records. They thanked me for contacting them and they ended up refunding me after I showed my proof of purchased from Artisans and returned the bracelet and clip charm I purchased from Doreen at Artisans.

Just buy Pandora directly from Pandora! And to think Doreen wants to carry Enewton, but cannot because another store in the island already does. Better them than her with her terrible customer service and deceitfulness.

Never again, will I shop here!

Owner, you should change your policies and have a talk with your store manager. I know you get a lot of tourists, but your return policy is terrible. Not to mention, you have no business selling Pandora IF you cannot offer exactly what Pandora...

We had a terrible experience at this store and wouldn't dream of going back again. We came in late on a Wednesday about 5 pm, the website said it was open until 6 pm so it shouldn't have been a problem.

My husband brought me into this store specifically for the Pandora jewelry for our 4th Wedding Anniversary. We picked out two charms and inside of the charm case were 3 ads indicating a free Pandora bracelet if you purchased $125 in Pandora items, we chose $175 and when I asked about the bracelet, the salesperson who I also assume was the Owner said I told them to take all the ads down and they didn't. She removed the ads while we were standing there and said, "that ended yesterday", so, No bracelet. I asked if she could clean my bracelets she said it was past 5 pm and she had just not closed her door quick enough so No she couldn't clean them.

We were clearly a nuisance to this person. We are usually treated as guests when we spend money in a store. This Salesperson/Owner was rude and her customer service skills were sorely lacking. As far as I know if a store leaves an add up they should have honored that ad.

There is no excuse for the treatment we received, if she would have just told us the store was closed we would have gladly gone to another store where our money and purchases would have...

Not once I had the worst purchasing experience in the Artisans store in Venice when I was buying the Pandora charms for my bracelet. The saleswoman was unfriendly and cold with me. She never even said “hello” to me, ignoring me completely. Never reassembled the bracelet just like they usually do at Pandora store. Never mentioned that it was the final sale without a return or even exchange. I asked only to exchange one charm for $25 for the same price. She refused. I left the charm for her or the manager in the store shocked by this attitude and service so unusual in America. I come from Europe where the return policy is very limited, and I always praised the best shopping experience in the US. Not in the place like Artisans Venice with their unfriendly and...
