Shannon’s service was professional from start to finish. I enjoy the aesthetic of the salon. The vibes are welcoming and relaxing. To start, Shannon took the approach of understanding my short and long term goals with my hair. We discussed my bandwidth for at home and salon visit maintenance so that she was able to best consult a color and cut that matched my desires with my capacity to maintain my look. The results were wonderful and transformative. I have been some version of blonde for the past 25 years and Shannon’s color work has helped me achieve a whole new brunette look. My hair is healthier than ever and she masterfully created dimension to my color that makes this brunette look vibrant and captivating. Her cuts are always spot on. I have long hair and a lot of it. It can be a challenge to manage so Shannon’s approach to including some long layers to lighten up my hefty load of hair. With little maintenance I have a built in style that is fresh and fun. Shannon has been doing my hair for years. From color to cuts to trims, etc. I trust her so much that at this point I just show up and let her work her magic without too much insight other than I need it to look professional and be something that can grow out gracefully in between visits. Did I mention that I moved to Boston and still only allow Shannon to do my hair. I literally plan trips around having her color and style my long locks and help with my “sparkles” (greys) as I get older. Now that she owns her own salon she takes special care to staff it with individuals who share her vision, kindness, attention to detail and passion for what they do. Visiting Florida for an event and was dissatisfied with my last haircut. Hair was extremely dry and without style. I have big curly hair and not many people know how to cut it. Found this salon online and was nervous about getting it cut just before an event but was desperate. Wasn’t sure if I wanted a curly cut or not but Cassie advised it and I’m so glad. She is truly an artist. I haven’t been this happy walking away from a salon in a very long time. Immediately after I left I walked into a restaurant and got compliments on my hair from the workers there. I got a hair mask and clarifying shampoo. Cassie spent time working the shampoo through my hair until soft. Then during the hair mask massaged my hands which was amazing. The level of care, respect, and talent was amazing.
