Been shopping here for some time now. The items are usually okay, some blemishes or missing parts. They have done a decent job of describing the item, buy they have gotten worse. The item say tested and turn on, but they do not say if they function properly. They should test the item to make sure it is in working condition as its supposed to. Instead they hide behind no refunds and are not willing to work with you. They do not answer emails when it comes to letting them know they screwed up and did not test the equipment thus selling stuff that is junk. I bought a pressure washer that was to work and in the box, only to bring it home and figure it was not working at all. That was my last straw, I will not be shopping here any longer. Not just have a general policy that makes longtime customers feel like they don't matter. All they care about is money, and they are definitely making plenty of that as bidders are overbidding on items like crazy now.
