This was my first real venture out to do fun shopping since the quarantine, so I was looking at everything and taking my time, however I was shocked and humiliated when the loss prevention woman made a point to let me know for the 3rd time she was watching me- the first2 were no big deal, I get it, she's doing her job and I don't mind, but the 3rd time she was about 20-25 feet away and she loudly yelled and waved hi to me, it was awkward and made me very embarrassed, and so I got in line to pay for my stuff and leave- I spent over $200 dollars but wished I would have just walked out, she ruined my entire afternoon, and I regret ever going in there, I sure won't ever again. This last 5 month's have been hard and one thing I miss is people, I wish I could turn time back because things just aren't the same, I'm sure while loss prevention was so into watching me, Ross was getting ripped off by someone who actually steals- so be aware if you shop here, they have no problem with being rude or embarrassing the people who give them...
