The store is great, but communication about your order being ready should come via text. I say this because the the email seems to go to junk and you don't see it so it becomes a game of, maybe it's ready.... Maybe it's not.

My bigger issue is, I have referred a few people here and today was the first time I actually sent the code and everything. I told this person, no worries about being able to pick it up today, your first order is eligible for free delivery.

She does this, mind you the delivery is outsourced to doordash, and gets a total A-Hole, the kind I can only describe as what you see online and wonder if this is for real. She sent me the ADT door bell video of him acting like an ass, cussing her out, demanding a better tip and throwing a part of her order out in to a field. Demanding he should get a better tip because he drove 12 miles in rush hour, as if she chose his career. She doesn't have a car, she uses her daughters when needed because all of the places she typically needs are within walking distance.

I may never ever refer anyone here again and may never shop her again based on the type of people they allow to serve their customers. Shame on them, to think this was a first experience for her. I hope she also posts a review, but I know I am because in this economy people can go anywhere and...

We visited the Vernon Hills location . We only went in to have a look around. Twenty minutes and a few bags later we were thrilled!! I didn't have any expectations for the store. However we were blown away with the variety. Oh and the prices! The prices are unmatched especially for the location! The Service was spectacular Zaiden and Anthony were there to walk me through the various selections and to answer any questions that we had. They were both courteous and knowledgeable. I've been shopping at this store for almost a year, and they consistently have high-quality meats. The staff are always super friendly. I recently had a late-night shopping emergency and called them around 8:45 PM (their closing time is 9:00 PM). I asked if they could possibly stay open a little later for me. To my relief, the gentleman on the phone said, "No problem, we can definitely stay longer for you." I really appreciate Ellian and Kristian staying late for me. Great...
