I have been a CVS customer and have all my prescriptions though CVS for many years and just recently transferred my prescriptions to Vernon. The drive thru makes it very convenient. Two weeks ago there was a young woman, I do not know her name who rolled her eyes at me and had an attitude for no reason, mind you I was prepared with my phone for her to scan and make it easier for us. She slammed the door after we were done. Well that left a bad taste in my mouth. I figured maybe she was just having an off day. I picked my another script recently and the same woman came to the window no smile or hello rolling her eyes as if I was inconveniencing her. I tried explaining that I didnāt need one of the medications as it was as a duplicate.. I was very kind as she rolled her eyes, huffed and puffed gave me an attitude and once she figured out what I needed slammed the door afterwards. What kind of customer service is that?! One time I forgot and when I called them to order it, they told me I need to call sooner. No. You need to order my medication for as long as my Dr. sends the refill! When I was first prescribed this, there was some issue between my doctors office and here. Instead of calling my doctors office, they made me be middle man and call back and forth. Not the best...
