In an attempt to quit smoking, I went to Galaxy smoke shop to buy a vape. I purchased a vape that said no flavor. When I opened it, it was menthol yuck. I smoked Marlboro lights for years, so going to a vape that was menthol was an awful experience. I brought the “no flavor“ vape back to the store, hoping that they would exchange it for a different one. I didn’t have high hopes that they would exchange it. However, the owner was there, and I explained the situation showed him a copy of my receipt, and , very kindly he exchanged it for its tobacco flavor veep. Customer service is so important and very hard to find these days. Galaxy smoke shop gets a thumbs up and my future business...

I’ve been here many times and although somewhat helpful, every cartridge pack I’ve purchased has had at least 1 but mostly 2 out of 3 burnt pads. Every single time. I’ve wasted money on a pack at least 5x and juice on something I can’t use. Only once have they swapped it out and what happened? 1 pod was burnt. It’s not up to me, the customer to reach out to your manufacturers. Unfortunately not returning since they don’t back up the products they sell.
