Terrible customer service from the owner himself. We have been customers of tomato garden since 2019 and today was the last time we will ever order from them. Our food came, I called at 4:30 for delivery, 45mins - 1hour, yup no problem. Food came at 5:30 and it was cold! I called and they put me on with the owner who said there was nothing he could do. I told him I would bring the pizza back and he said ok. When my husband brought the pizza back the owner just wanted to heat it up. My husband asked for a refund and the owner told someone to put a “note” on our account that they were not to deliver to our address anymore. He also asked if we lived so close why didn’t we just pick it up? It doesn’t matter why we asked for delivery, we paid for the food and tipped his driver. I will never get food from this place again. My mom and I ordered dinner from them last night and have both been sick all day today. My mom got a steak and cheese sandwich with fries and I had a pepperoni Stromboli. She started feeling sick last night after dinner and had to go to bed. I woke up this morning with stomach cramps and had to leave work early when I started vomiting. We’ve both been under blankets all day taking turns in the bathroom, unable to eat anything. The food wasn’t even that tasty, and it was a bit expensive. $3.49 for a side of fries that had BARELY touched the fryer and were practically raw when my mom opened the container, on top of being a pretty small portion. I went in on a busy time I guess (it was 7 on a Friday night). Either way, the wait seemed like ages. To save you some time, if you walk in and the place seems crowded, I'd suggest you leave and either wait on your own time or eat somewhere else. When I finally did get my food (nearly an hour and 15 minutes later) it was good. I ordered chicken fingers and fries (you can't really go wrong with that). They weren't salted so you were able to put as much or as little as you wanted on your food. The waitress was nice. If you can catch them when they aren't busy, this place would probably be better. Since I haven't been there when it's not busy, my review will stay at three stars...
